Perfect location for everything you want to do in The French Quarter. A short walk across Canal Street and you're at Bourbon Street. A few blocks down Canal and you're at the Casino and the river. The staff is very friendly and helpful wth suggestions on restaurants or things to do. The room was nice and we had plenty of room for our group of 4. The only downside was the bed size, they were doubles and not queens, but I knew this when booking and it was fine. They were comfortable, even if a little small for 2 people. We enjoyed a few drinks at night at the bar. All in all our stay at The Rubenstein was great and we will be staying here again on our next visit to New Orleans

This hotel was safe and convenient to everything. Valet parking was great and the hotel employees were super nice and accommodating. The things i didn't like: Beds were terrible as far as comfort goes and you can hear EVERYTHING. The building has central AC so there are no fans running to reduce the outside noise. Tv wouldn't work either. Other than sleeping, everything else was great. I'm not sure if I'd stay here again.

The room was huge, clean, and close to everything. Bourbon St, French Quarter, etc… It feels like a bit of a hidden gem. It’s off Canal St so the noise is a bit overwhelming sometimes. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you have need quiet to sleep. I was fine by my wife had to wear her AirPods to sleep. Joel is amazing! Great bartender and we loved talking to him. The staff really makes this place.

Room was good, booked a Presidential Suite and it was on Canal St. WOW SO MUCH NOISE!!!!! It was louder than if you stayed next to an airport runway. 8pm to 4am was insane loud. Cars revving their engines and stereos that were as if you were at a concert. The hide-a-bed was very dirty and it took hours to get clean bedding for it. I would pass on this place.

The location was exactly what I needed to attend a conference nearby. Being right on Canal Street, it's easy to walk to attractions, restaurants, and shopping from The Rubenstein. Our room was perfect! Except for the shower leaking onto the floor every time we showered (a little design flaw), it was a perfect stay. With multiple key swipes needed to access the rooms, we felt very safe right in the heart of NOLA.

I like the fact they had valet parking, just wished it was a little less costly for your guest. $25-$30 is a more economy price. The staff was great, the room spacious and the balcony access was pleasant amenity.

The hotel is located in a wet and somewhat dirty alley, but it’s only a few blocks from Bourbon Street, which was a big plus for us. It’s also close to restaurants and stores. Inside, the property was very nice and recently remodeled. The room was a huge surprise it looked even better than the photos online. The high ceilings made it feel open, spacious, and comfortable.
