I went for a weekend with husband Room was paid already through third party but unfortunately i was charged 2 damage deposits and room rates for the weekend. Now i have to wait for all this money to returned to my card because there system had an audit . Staff was ok breakfast was good room was a small and shower wasnot that clean. So kinda ruined my weekend .

I enjoyed my stay! I came down for Mardi Gras and the hotel was in the perfect location. I was 5 min walking distance of canal and bourbon st. The hotel staff was so nice. There was a Sercurity guard on site as well during the night time. Definitely plan on staying here again next year for Mardi Gras as well. Thank you to all the staff that was there when I was there, front desk, kitchen, housekeeping and engineering.

It was not the inside that I was displeased with so much as to have my car parked in the lot while I went up to my room, I came back.It was a boot on my tire. Which made no sense to me since I was a guest. At this hotel chain multiple times even in France las vegas and texas , california , I mean in the list goes on.
