Enjoy a golfing trip or just a get away to the beach at this lovely two bedroom/two bathroom condo in True Blue. The unit has all new flooring and a brand new HVAC unit both installed in 2019, along with new furniture and new mattresses and a cable package. The master bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom features two singles. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, cable with ROKU device and streaming is available for HULU, Disney, Prime Video and Netflix, wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, and central HVAC. Pool access as well as golf and tennis. Guests also have access to Huntington Beach State park pass during their stay as an added bonus at no additional charge! **This unit will allow pets depending on weight and with a non-refundable pet fee.**

The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Its’ rolling terrain and native vegetation make it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.

True Blue also boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy, and is one of America’s most awarded golf schools. Golf Magazine has listed it among the top 25 schools in the nation.

Great location!

Excellent stay- gorgeous condo. Very helpful and friendly owner nearby for any issues. Condo is stocked with lots of great amenities! Pool was just across the street. Love coming to Pawleys Island- will stay again!
