My mother and I were not pleased with our stay! The receptionist Over charged me more than once! We found a couple bugs they said they would credit us instead of crediting they took more money and still didn’t get our credit! The manager was rude as well! Will not be staying here again!

We checked in and there was a lady in training, which was not a problem but took forever. They were both super nice. The overall problem I had was there was no elevator and I just had a knee procedure, no offer to change to first floor, etc. Carpets were disgusting in hallways, room curtains looked like they had bullet holes, the tub backed up, toilet got clogged, had to go get a plunger from the housekeepers, we asked if we could get more towels and they said they didn't have any, only had pool towels, ladies up front said they would put them aside for us. We came back that night and asked lady at front desk for towels, She had a major attitude problem and said they were drying. No towels and we were sandy and dirty from beach. We said that the lady up front had put some aside for us and she said, "I can't save towels other people needed them" Still with a major attitude. Finally I asked her how long and she said an hour. We went to room and decided to use the 2 towels we used before for all 4 of us because we were all frightened to go back and ask the overnight girl if the towels were ready. Next morning we went down for breakfast which is pretty good. Guy who was doing the breakfast service was very nice and worked hard. Overall I will never, ever stay there again.

The second room the shower did not work.. told owner he was very rude to us. Said he will not accommodate us no more. Fot breakfast. There was no plates we had to eat out of a bowls. Really no gym. This hotel was more like hotel 8.. Not qorth the price. Dont waste your money.unless you want a 1 or 2day stay. Kids And I was very disappointed. Rude owner not friendly.

I was ask by the housekeeper what all did we need for our room and I responded with everything, that we need new bedsheets we needed new towels enough stuff for the bathroom so when we came back i noticed the room was clean but we noticed that the sheets weren’t changed and she just made the bed over. The cleanliness of the refrigerator was not up to my standards it was like rusty in the inside. I also did not know that the hotel accepted pets in the hallway smelled like wet dog I don’t like the smell of the hallway but my room did smell good when we first arrived. It was an okay space but i will not be coming back to baymont

The staff was not very friendly. I was charged again for my room. I paid 361 and was charged another 274 on the day i checked out.

Several outside doors did not work. Breakfast was incomplete.

For an older motel you got what you paid for. It was a nice safe place to stay with a free breakfast. It was a pleasant day.

The staff is fantastic and I honestly would stay at this hotel again for that one reason. Everyone we dealt with was kind and understanding. I plan to go back in the summer and stay in the same hotel. You get your money's worth and they really are pet-friendly!

It was ok. But your staff failed to mention the extra pet fee. Therefore I will not use your service again and I will not recommend orbitz to my friends

Two lamps didn't work, the couch was not a pull out bed like we were suppose to have. Several outlets didn't work and the hair dryer didn't work. Also found trash behind a night stand

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at the breakfast; I loved the biscuits and gravy. We are moving to the area so we won’t need a hotel again but if we did I would stay here again, without a doubt.

I have stayed here a few times with no issues. I usually am greeted pleasantly with a smile by a male at the desk. On my most recent stay I encountered a female whose name began with a G. She was so rude. She was on her cell phone cursing and decided to finish her conversation before assisting me. excuse me for inconveniencing her forcing her to do her job. Before she got off the phone she held her hand out, I guess she wanted my credit card and DL. I didn’t budge because there was no proper greeting well no greeting at all prior to her hand gesture. The male whom I previously spoke of, when he arrived for shift change her entire demeanor and attitude changed. So she knew that she was acting sub par. Not to mention on my departure day she continuously called my room AFTER she told me I could check out at 12. It was just over 11. She called back to back claiming she didn’t realize what room she called, after she was informed that she JUST called. I felt as though she was rushing me to leave so I left around 11:15. When I did call to request late check out she was not very attentive, which is probably why she didn’t remember saying I could leave at noon. At the conclusion of the call I said thank you and she hung up the phone. She is a very rude person. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but for me to have 2 issues with her at different times, reflects that she is just does not know how to provide good customer service.

Took us forever to find the hotel because the address listed took us to a mall, then to a dump! Once we arrived staff were friendly however room smelled and the ac didn't work

room was misrepresented on line as a comfort inn. we had no idea it was something called roadway . SPENT OVER AN HOUR TRYING TO FIND COMFORT INN AS ADVERTISED. hotel was very run down and the carpet was nasty watched an employee stand behind pool house drinking a 22oz beer What hotel does not have an elevator We were put on the second floor all the way to the back of the hotel. Very hard for 60+ year old couple. Won't happen again !

The motel was quiet, clean and near activities I was interested in.

Check in with the manager was very stressful he kept forgetting things he just told you, The rooms were nice and comfortable ( clean) the cleaning crew and other staff members were nice,the cook seem to be very impatient with the guest other than that it's was an ok stay. The BEACH WAS AWESOME!!
