Loved the resort. The dining options were excellent. We were able to reserve dinner for almost all the restaurants at reasonable times. Food was tasty. My only disappointment was the water sports. We weren’t able to do any, they said kayaking wasn’t available because of weather issues, but it seemed this was the case everyday even when we had good weather. Snorkeling was also included but we needed to put $35 cash and it was annoying b/c I didn’t know and didn’t bring cash when we went, it was a bit of a walk back to our room so not really worth it go back and forth. Beach and pool were good. I can’t rate the night events b/c we traveled with a small child that was in bed by 7:30-8. Most events started later than that. Staff was friendly. Our housekeeper, Opal was a pleasure. Very sweet and friendly. We can’t wait to go back!

I travelled here for my 30th birthday with my girlfriends. Overall it was a good trip and the hotel was very nice, however we did have some extreme hiccups that was not pleasant. For starters, the staff at the front and throughout the hotel were all nice and easy going but some of the servers at the restaurants were not. Including Anthony Malcolm (server at the Mexican restaurant). We dined here one night and he was completely unattentive. He caught attitudes with my friends and I about the menu and foods we were inquiring about. Saying we "came late" and the restaurant was no longer serving guacamole. At a Mexican restaurant! That made no sense. He rushed us and acted as though he didn't want to serve us. We felt as though some of service during those late times were not pleasant and we did not feel like we received the service we deserved. Especially at the Italian restaurant with Shamika Young as our server. She barely greeted us, she walked away multiple times as we were asking questions about the menu and food. We tried to order dessert with our food to avoid the same experience from the Mexican spot and still no luck. She bought out 3 desserts without even inquiring what we wanted. Also, it was 4 of us, but was served 3? Side note, we felt as though if the restaurants at the hotel are going to run out of food and be lazy with serving close to the closing time, late booking options at those times SHOULD NOT be available. We did excursions and had to eat at those times.

Very nice property as this is our second year going. The staff is great with the exception of several waitresses that have unfortunately some attitude issues. Making reservations is a nightmare but if you go to the restaurant you want to try they seem to always get you in with the exception of the mexican restaurant. They denied our group of 10 one night which is fine. The lady hamilton side is undergoing some renovations but that did not disturb our group from having fun. I will absolutely go again. Oh one more thing I would add. They need music to be playing in the pool area all day. It lacked music at all times. We were there 4 days and the pool area did not have music playing which is a bummer.

Great place to vacation.

Our experience at this resort was highly disappointing Our room was switched and the fridge had NOTHING in it. I called about 3 times and personally walked to the front desk and they put in a request for me and said it will be. However, guess what, still no water was delivered and I had to get up in the middle of the night and walk to the sports bar to get myself water in cups and carry them to my room. In the morning I called again and they said your request was put in and someone will be there shortly because they come around ar 10 AM. I did not have water until the middle of the evening. Being pregnant I did not need to experience this for BASIC needs. It was a struggle to obtain even basic necessities like water, which took numerous requests to the hotel staff, resulting in a 2-day delay in receiving just two bottles. The situation worsened when the hotel abruptly shut off the water supply without prior notice for 3 days, making it impossible to use the facilities. The first day the water stopped in the middle of the shower. On the second day, First I am dealing with drinking water and now I am dealing with NO water in general. After pooping you can not flush your toilet, cannot wash my face, brush my teeth. or take a shower. Being pregnant is all of this unsanitized thing and absolutely disgusting. I had to use the toilet in the lobby and it was so dirty and nasty and no one had flushed it. The cleaning crew is walking around with the cart and doing no cleaning, e

Check in was horrible. Specialty restaurants was amazing. Everyone but the check in staff was awesome

Clean

The room was dirty and smelly, the iron was not working, we got no blanket just the thin white sheets. Our room was not cleaned for the entire day. Only the dirty towels were removed. Housekeeping probably need more staff or more supervision. Other than the disappointing room the food was great.

The property is beautiful. The pool and amenities were great. The quality of food and the customer service we disappointing. Good luck! We had a party that consisted of 4 families (rooms) and all of us had some sort of issue with getting action from customer service. 2 of the families went 3 of 7 days with no towels in their room and had to ask daily and it took 4 days for them to show up. One family (no kids) were given a room with double beds (full size) and were given the run around when asking to get it corrected. We’re told they could sleep separately. One family went 4 days without blankets on the beds. Over 10 times they were requested and all 10 times they were told they would be sent right over. The only way they were provided was by standing at the counter and not leaving until they were brought….that was an hour and a half of the vacation! When you are paying 3500 per family and can’t get towels or blankets that is a rough pill to swallow. The food: Buffets were never ready to go, you would make multiple trips and all the food was gone and it wasn’t prepared to replenish. I understand it is a big and busy place, but 2 hours to eat a breakfast buffet is nuts. The specialty restaurants were good, but the portions are very small and they are not open to providing extra plates, even though it is all inclusive. You would have to go to another restaurant if you were still hungry after your 4oz piece of meat. The service is also very slow!

Loved the resort. The dining options were excellent. We were able to reserve dinner for almost all the restaurants at reasonable times. Food was tasty. My only disappointment was the water sports.
