The resort was amazing!! The rooms could be cleaned better but overall an incredible resort!! The pool is huge!! Sunset cove beach by far my favorite!! The staff were all friendly. The infinity bar needs fans to circulate the air up there. It’s def hot up there. Fans were make it more manageable for the guest.

This was our 3rd Visit with the Grand Palladium and 1st at the Lady Hamilton Section. Our Refrigerator in the room did not work at all, and we called to have it fixed or replaced, but NOTHING was done for the 5 days we were there. Very disappointing. Other than that, Our Stay was Fine and Fun. We met up with our ENGLAND Mates.

My experience with this vacation spot, the staff was super friendly. It feels almost like family and i truly love how they interact with my grandkids. We had to switch room after 2 days there but overall it wasn't a bad experience and we love all the excursion we took also.

To be honest I am not satisfied with everything. Start with the service , people there are not kind and one worker scream with me because of coconut . Also the pool is dirty and I have picture .. and life guard allow guest to smoke cigar in the pool near of children . But when a child try to have fun they scream out loud too . The kids club is good , the people there really love and live their job. The food is good too .. but never has desert in a la cart restaurant .

I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium and would rate the experience as average. The resort itself was nice, but not as clean as I expected. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, and while most of the staff were friendly, some came across as annoyed—especially at the jerk spot on the beach. Check-in was frustrating as I had to wait hours for my room to be ready, and once inside, there was no hot water. One night, the lights went out in the room, but to be fair, the issue was handled quickly by staff. Another downside was the constant soliciting around the resort—it felt pushy, and the massage offers turned out to be a scam. The gift shop was also extremely overpriced. Overall, the stay had both positives and negatives, but it didn’t quite live up to the expectations I had for the resort.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our oceanfront property was nothing short of stunning—waking up every day with the view of the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea was truly breathtaking. The resort offers a variety of exciting excursions, making it the perfect spot for both relaxation and adventure. We enjoyed exploring local attractions and getting immersed in the rich culture of Jamaica. The all-inclusive package made the experience even better—food and drinks were readily available, and we never had to worry about additional costs. Whether it was refreshing cocktails by the pool or delicious meals at the various restaurants, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort’s facilities were well-maintained, with lush tropical gardens, clean pools, and luxurious spa services. Love this property perfect for families. Me and my two boys had a blast and the food was amazing in all the restaurants and in the buffet. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we were good. The only downside to me personally was all the stair we were on the third floor and not use to stairs and after a full day of fun the stairs can be a lot but other than that everything was goodvin my book. The staff always made sure to say goodmorning amd always asked we were ok.
