Overall service was lacking, would not clean your room, replace towel or clean trash. Beach service had no towels two days in a row at noon. If you need ice good luck, walk to lobby and hope someone at cafe. Lounge bar area has no entertaining or tv..... Staff needs to be more friendly, property has potential.

Bartender on the side of the pool kinda rude, our room phone wasn’t working, asked to get it fix but guy showed up but never make it work. Everything else was super great!!!
