Wish they would have had a shuttle in the night! The shuttle during the day was nice.
No frill inexpensive motel.... WONDERFUL staff......kind and thoughtful.....GREAT shower water pressure in room 124.....a little used and worn but just fine otherwise....bed was firm but in great condition....would definitely stay again when here doing medical follow ups...right behind the Smoothie king.... and even though it's close to one of the main roads it was very quiet we barely heard any traffic unless a real loud car went by or motorcycle that was a plus
When we went to check in the front desk said they cancelled our reservation because my card declined, which didn’t make any sense because they were collecting payment upon arrival. They said the only room they had available was a smoking room, which who knew people still have smoking rooms. Luckily they found a room for us. The room smelt super musky and the tub was questionable looking. It looked so dirty, when in reality it was so water damaged it looked gross. You get what you paid for but I’m surprised they’re still able to charge as much as they do. Nice and close to NRG stadium if you’re going to an event there. Otherwise it’s kind of a sketchy area to stay in
I made a reservation for a non-smoking room and when I all rive I was given a room that reeked of smoke.
Very noise from the road, thin walls, drunks yelling in the middle of the night, extra small parking spaces,

It’s an older hotel but presently management and employees seem to be maintaining it the best they can. We have the need to stay in the area more often in the near future and will be staying there again.
Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Near downtown
The the first room that we were assigned has dirty sheets. Both beds had sheets with stains on them! We were assigned another room and when I walked in there were 2 roaches in the tub! The guy from the the front desk disposed of the roaches.
It was easy to park, and staff were friendly. Rooms were excellent I will stay there in the near future.

The hotel has a shuttle that takes you back and forth to MD Anderson Hospital which is great. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful.
Very good location. Everything we needed to do was in walking distance. The owner was very nice. Had a great time.
We enjoyed our stay. the staff was excellent and very helpful. The only thing which is small was pastries for breakfast didnt seem fresh :( But other than that we loved it.
Read the reviews and it sounded like a good idea. Bathroom and toilet need upgrading. The toilet did not flush properly, and the bath faucet was glued and disconnecting from the wall. The bed was fine. The carpet was dingy and needs replacing. The breakfast was a let-down - don't rely on this to get the day started.
It is clean, has a great location, comfortable and good staff.
The location was ideal for me. Staff was ok. Rooms were comfortable.
My first nights stay was fine. The room was clean, no problems at all, except a smoking room was shown to be available and then wasn't when I checked in. The second night I stayed in a different room and checked in very late, after a long day at the hospital with my 4 month old grandson. My husband and I checked in and went directly to bed, only to wake up in the morning to cockroaches all over the room!!! I will never stay there again or recommend that anyone else stay there.
