This 1,700-square-foot newly-renovated villa is just a short walk to the ocean and sits and the end of the street with a large private backyard including a patio that overlooks the Port Royal Golf Course. Your location also puts you only a short walk away to Islanders Beach Park. This lovely villa has a gas fireplace that overlooks the kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and brand-new appliances. Sit in the Carolina room and enjoy your meals while enjoying the golf views. There is great separation between the main bedroom (with views of the golf course, a Roku-enabled TV, and an en suite bathroom) and the two guest bedrooms at the front of the home.
