Villa bien mantenida con colores de pintura suave y decoración acogedora y playera ubicada en el exclusivo Hilton Head Resort. Ubicado entre Folly Inlet y Palmetto Dunes, nuestra playa semiprivada nunca está llena de gente. Ubicada en el Edificio II, el edificio más tranquilo, la villa cuenta con vistas a la laguna y al pantano que se pueden ver desde un balcón privado.

Villa tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con todos los lujos del hogar. Tan pronto como entras por la puerta de entrada serás recibido por nuestra pared de pizarra; perfecto para anotar notas o mantener ocupados a los kiddos. ¡La cocina bien equipada viene completamente equipada con cafetera y molinillo, tostadora, olla de barro, licuadora y mucho más! Villa incluye WiFi y 3 televisores de pantalla plana, todos con cable, así como DVD y juegos para su disfrute.

El dormitorio principal da la bienvenida al calor del amanecer y cuenta con una cama queen y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio da a un patio tranquilo y puede dormir cuatro con literas de dos camas individuales, así como una cama completa con un nuevo colchón de espuma viscoelástica. Cuna de lujo proporcionada para su conveniencia si se necesita dormir extra.

La playa está a solo 400 yardas / 7-8 minutos a pie sobre un floreciente pantano de agua salada en nuestro propio paseo marítimo. El servicio de transporte está disponible según la temporada para ayudar a transportar equipo de playa hacia y desde la playa.

Se proporcionan un par de sillas de playa con mochila y una sombrilla para su uso. Para los niños tenemos fideos de piscina, tablas de surf y una canasta llena de juguetes de playa, cubos y palas. También se proporciona un vagón de playa de lujo para facilitar el transporte del equipo hacia y desde la playa.

Las comodidades del complejo incluyen 2 piscinas al aire libre, piscina cubierta climatizada, sauna, bañera de hidromasaje, gimnasio, 6 canchas de tenis iluminadas, tienda en el lugar y delicatessen, así como seguridad las 24 horas. El resort también tiene acceso privado a Coco's on the Beach, un relajante bar de temporada frente a la playa y parrilla con voleibol de arena.

Condo is exactly as pictured with relaxing view in Building 2 of resort with easy access to resort amenities! Host provided beach chairs and wagon which were greatly appreciated!

Perfect Kid-Friendly Vacay Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were extremely grateful to have access to the beach wagon, boogie board and other kid-friendly items. My daughter was ecstatic to sleep in a bunk bed for the first time. The villa was the perfect distance from the beach. We accessed the pool and restaurants on the property as well. I would highly recommend and will be back again.

Fun time

The place was nicely updated and clean. A little tight for 6 people, but more so if more than 2 adults. My only “complaint” would be there is no dresser in the second bedroom so it was hard living out of suitcases. The area is nice, and everything we needed was here or close by. The main pool was fun and has a restaurant/bar with really good food and drinks. The owners were amazing and quick to respond. They really made our time here the best it could be! The walk to the beach isn’t a bad walk. We had a good week!

Perfect for family

Booked very last minute for a one night stay to break up a long road trip. Communication was so great with the owners and the unit is exactly what we needed and expected. Great for our family of 5 - the bunk room couldn’t have met our needs more! The onsite pool is great and the little bar/restaurant out there was perfect for lunch. The walk to the beach down the boardwalk is a little bit of a hike with young kids, but we happened to luck out by catching the golf cart shuttle on our way down! It was a quick trip so we didn’t need to use much of what the unit had to offer, but it seemed to be stocked with everything you could need for a stay. Thanks for accommodating us so last minute!

Comfortable! Nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen! Welcoming wine & sparkly water a big treat! Beach supplies if needed. Deck overlooking lagoon. Very clean! Bed comfy. Scenic 1/2 mile boardwalk hike to ocean. Friendly folks at gate. Only downside was that dishwasher was not securely installed, so we did not use as the frame came apart when opening. Owners are aware and I imagine it will get fixed. We had a great month!

Very relaxing stay

Great Place and Location

Disclaimer: This is a biased review. My family has been staying at the Hilton Head Resort at different units for years. It’s a great location for beach access. Beach is less crowded and private compared to other areas. This unit in particular was well maintained, clean and a great view of the golf course, marsh and sunrise.

We enjoyed the area, the only thing is the description says short walk to the beach. It's quite a walk on the boardwalk, but they do have shuttles every few minutes. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay!

Wonderful Getaway

The condo was perfect. The location was fantastic, just close walk across the board walk to the beach. What was most impressive was the fact it was stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. So many VRBOs have minimal items but this unit had everything we needed it seemed! Thank you for allowing us a great moms & sons getaway!

Family vacation

We loved this place! Our 11 year old son couldn’t say enough great things about this condo upon our arrival. It was a great place for our family of 6 to comfortably stay. The outdoor pool with the bar & grill were great as well!

Pleasant stay right on the beach

The property was as described in the listing. It was nice having everything you need for the beach. Only thing missing was a beach umbrella. The condo was very clean and ac worked great. The host were very responsive when I sent a question about a remote for the cable box. Both of them responded within minutes. The living room has a nice smart tv. The only thing I would suggest is having smart tvs in the bedrooms.

Family Vacation

This property was exactly what I expected based on their listing. Was a great two bedroom place for my family of 6. It had everything we needed from a full kitchen, two bathrooms, beach toys, a patio and just a short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again. Our first time to Hilton Head and it for sure will not be our last!

Tough start but a great vacation

We arrived to the condo late on the first day of our trip to find that, due to a scheduling oversight, the space had not been thoroughly cleaned in preparation for our arrival. Communication with the cleaning team (who's name and emergency contact was provided on the check-in information) and the host was very fast and clear. First impressions can be very difficult to erase, but we had a really great vacation, and this condo, the beach access, the dining recommendations from the hosts, and provided amenities (the beach cart is so great) all made that possible. We made most of our breakfasts in the condo, packed most of our lunches into the cooler, and ate most of our dinners out. This really allowed for a low-key, relaxing vacation. Thanks for the stay!!

Convenient & Peaceful Place

This was my family’s first time visiting Hilton Head and they loved it! Daniel and Angela made the visit even better by having certain amenities available for us like the beach equipment and a starter supply of complimentary toiletries that we needed. Everything was clean, organized, and the area felt safe and peaceful. I would definitely bring my family back to stay here again.

Fun stay

Place is exactly as advertised. The location is awesome. The beach off the board walk was relatively less busy than the other beaches we visited which was nice. The only complaint we had was that you’ll need to bring all your own soaps and shampoos. They clearly watered down all the hand soap and supplied only one bar of soap for everybody to use. Also I understand getting cheaper toilet paper for a rental unit but it was like if you took single ply and some how split that in half. My recommendation for the owners is to spend an additional $20 and get a little better stuff/actually supply it so the customer who is traveling doesn’t have to bring or buy all their own stuff.
