The room looked shady and unkept when we arrived. The outside area had trash all over the place. The shower was dirty. The toilet paper roll was wet and there was no extra toilet paper in our room. The electrical outlets did not work. We were only staying as an overnight stay on our way to Orlando so we made do but we were happy to leave and shower at our next hotel.

First room smelled of appoxy, and the electricity didn’t work. Went to the front desk she changed our room, the second room was worse, smelled like cat pee, the surround around the mini fridge looked like mold growing around it. The floor was not vacuumed.

Filthy & run down sum up this property. Curtain falling off rod, used soap in shower, used plastic glass on vanity, trash on carpet, tile floors dirty, carpet ripped, bare bulb handing from wire in lamp…awful!

Never again

Rooms were stinking and filthy. Hair, crumbs and stains on the sheets…feces on bathroom walls…phone torn apart/no receiver…fire detector ripped off wall…outlets hanging out of the wall into the room. The entire aura was chilling and nauseating.

The entire property was filled with litter, pool was green, the smell of marijuana was over powering. The room was ok, just needs to be cleaned better ! The staff at the front desk was trying to be helpful but was very very slow. Overall horrible experience

Close to I-95, plenty of room in parking lot, ice machine did not work, room was clean but looked like some mold on the ceiling in my room, breakfast was fairly decent, would stay again but for 100$ a night expected oto be a little nicer

Absolutely terrible all around. The room had NOT been cleaned. It was not ready for guests. The sheets and blankets had blood stains on them. And the housekeeper came to change them and as she was putting on the new sheets the supposedly new clean sheets also had stains they had not been washed! Apparently her coworker was putting dirty sheets in the clean sheets. Our sheets had to be changed again. There was cookies on the floor and the shower drain did not drain, I had to act as a plumber and take out the massive clog of hair and gunk out of the shower drain. I took it to the front desk to complain and he seem disgusted but did nothing to apologize. The room was supposedly no smoking and it reeked of all sorts of nasty smells. Absolutely do not recommend it. The staff was so unfriendly even though we treated them nicely as I’m sure others would not have done, with the type of service and treatment we received. We deserve some compensation

Room was very good but breakfast disappointing.

This place badly needs an update. The bathroom floor was none too clean, and the carpet was pretty yucky. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The pool looked very nice but was not open. Despite the pretty extensive courtyard area, where they could easily put some of the furniture from the pool (particularly the table and chairs), there was nowhere to eat outside, so we added to the grossness of the carpet by eating in our rooms. The breakfast was minimal but fine, but again nowhere to eat outside.

The lady a check-in was super friendly and you could tell she really likes her job. The room was really nice and clean! The only downside is we got a non-smoking room and you could tell the bathroom had been smoked in (small stain on the toilet seat from a cigarette and the bathroom smelled of cigarettes). Other than that it was one of the best hotels we have stayed at!

The staff will stand outside your door around checkout time, seemed rude and unprofessional.

The staff (Corissa) was so unprofessional and rude at check in. I was hopeful when I talked to the manger. He said something would be done. I got no follow up from him. I DO NOT recommend staying here. Ever.

Bathroom sink was cracked with a hole in it other than that it was OK for the money

The staff that works there are nice and efficient. the room itself was clean but the outside areas of the hotel needs to be cleaned especially around the staircase area. The room we had was towards the back and I could smell dried urine so someone pissed in the staircase. maybe it was just the timing but seems quite a few of the guests were the road crews (parts of route 95 is under construction) and these guys leave their boots just outside their rooms to dry and they don't care that they litter the walkways with mud that falls off their boots. The area was quiet enough so getting sleep wasn't an issue. The AC worked but it wasn't that good. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.
