The air conditioning is horrible. The air conditioning in our room (427) did not work. We notified the front desk staff and requested another room. They had their “engineer” check the room and stated that they periodically need to shut the ac off and restart the system for it work. They did this and stated the room should cool down and that there was no need to change rooms. Needless to say, the second day we requested another room as the air conditioning still was not working. The second room air conditioning worked great. It is very disappointing that they would not provide us with a new room the first night being that this is a known problem. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Raleigh area. Spend your money elsewhere!

The location was great, shopping and restaurants right out the front door. Hotel was just so so. Hardly any amenities. We were on the expressway side, it was very loud. Our ac was broken, they did send someone to fix it, our coffee maker was broken too. Would stay somewhere else next time.

Beautiful facility,room was very clean, comfortable bed, service in the restaurant was excellent.

We enjoyed the excellent staff and property location. The on-site gym was actually located next door but the continental breakfast was excellent!

The location is great. The room very clean. I found the restaurant help very friendly. The front desk was efficient, but did not take the time to mention any of the amenities of the hotel. I had to stumble upon everything myself.

Nice rooms and good service. Late check in at 7 was not that great. Close and convienant to shops and restaurants.

Checked in After our wedding. Staff was friendfly and helpful getting our baggage to the room. Bed was wonderful, view of roof left some to be desired. Water out of window room not complimentary. Overall be prepared to spend more money for extras like a $3.50 Fiji water bottle inroom and $15 breakfast. Would stay again for a special occasion.
