First room smelled like smoke No reception on the tv Sticky floor in breakfast area
Staff were friendly, check-in was quick and easy, rooms was clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!
Dog was barking loudly in room next door all night long. Called the desk, nothing was done to remedy the situation.
Travel to Greenville and I stay here every time. Awesome staff, courteous, always willing to help.
Stayed here in July 2015. The room was nice and comfortable. Great Value for the money and a great location. I grew up in Greenville and I know that hotels downtown can be very expensive. This is pretty centrally located and a cab ride down town for a night out is approximately $15 before tip.
Excellent, will stay again. Staff were superb........................................................................................................,.......
short stay but very impressed. The entire hotel was spotless from floors to ceiling. Room was also very clean and comfortable. Room service 24/7 and delivered in a very short time. We were highly impressed. Would definitely recommend!!!
We were in town for a friend's birthday. The hotel was a quick cab ride ($10) from downtown Greenville without the expensive. Tons of shopping and resteraunts close by. Only thing missing was the King sized room did not have a bath tub, just a stand up shower. Also, no indoor pool/hot tub.
Great hotel, located only 2 exits from Downtown Greenville. This trip was booked for business purposes and it did not disappoint. Spacious room, very comfortable and the lobby provides free breakfast and a bar area.
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hyatt Place while we were in Greenville for a concert at the Bon Secours Arena. We paid around $100 for a night and the room met all our expectations for the price. The only room available was a double so the room had two double beds in one half and the other half was a big area for sitting with a sectional. Very clean and very nice place to stay. Only about 4 miles to the arena and very quick drive to downtown Greenville. Will definitely stay there again.
I was amazed at the room and how it felt like home. A nice and clean location close to so many things.
Only stayed one night, but room was good and quite comfortable with separate sitting area. Plenty of parking as well. Easy access off highway. Check out was a bit slow as staff was not around.
We went for a wedding and got there before check in. They allowed us to change in the rest room as they were full and had no rooms available. When we arrived back after the wedding check in was quick. Or room was perfect for what we needed. We would have loved to use the pool and fitness room but time didn't allow. Check out was quick even though they were very busy with breakfast.
desk had trouble with new check in system. the breakfast was. great.
The Hyatt Place on Haywood Rd. in Greenville, SC is a great location that is always clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and work spaces are excellent. For business travelers this is a great choice with plentiful free parking; real high-speed internet and a palatable free breakfast. Well worth the $$$.
Very nice, clean, large room, and breakfast was great too
was a very good hotel. would stay in Hyatt hotel anytime..... if we could get a better rate......
I was in a rush and needed a convenient, comfortable, well-located hotel and this hotel was a perfect fit. The staff provided a quick and very efficient check-in. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had a great view of Greenville. The internet access was quick. I'll be back here the next time I need a room in this area.
Checked in after midnight. Very friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed. Breakfast in the morning looked good, but I was in too much of a hurry to stop.
Not too far from the airport (about 15 minutes), and lot's of stuff around. Hotel looks like it was recently remodeled. Rooms are great, very spacious for the rate. The on-site restaurant is kind of limited. Dinner options are few pizzas, burgers, etc. It's functional, but not really a hip/high-energy kind of place to hang out. Fortunately there is a Hilton just across the parking lot that has a better lobby bar and restaurant if you're looking for that sort of thing. Meeting rooms looked nice, staff was all very very friendly and helpful.
