1960’s style, extremely clean, great music at Tiki Huts, food was good, the widest white sand beach. Well priced cabana rentals. Will definitely go again!

I love how everything is at your fingertips and it’s not too big of a resort you can have an easy walk to pool, bar or beach and food!

The hotel itself was great a good view of the ocean nice pool and fun tiki bar. Only downfall was the hotel is located away from time square it's very south and there isn't anything in walking distance off property. You have to drive or take the trolley and traffic is horrible so it wastes so much time. Also the beach down at the south end is beautiful but it has a very long shore line so it takes a min to walk to the ocean on the sand with little kids it's difficult bc hotel is pretty far from the water.

Lovely place, just like the webb site. Friendly staff, loved the tiki bar.

Very happy with the room, very clean and fresh. Staff is fantastic.

The rooms were basic and just okay. There is a daily resort fee that you will be charged but there were not perks to the resort. There was not a breakfast buffet as stated. You could buy breakfast but it was not included and pricy at that. The cabana chairs were full price and not included. The tiki bar was only open a few hours as well. In addition, we had a random maintenance man walk into our room without knocking. We were told he was new and meant no harm. Regardless, that was concerning. No one should just be walking into a room unannounced. Also, They were literally less than a quarter booked and but yet were unable to get us a room closer to the beach, so we had to be in the furthest room possible to the road. That was very disappointing. Overall, we were disappointed and will not be back.

good place near the beach good food just across the street

Very clean and friendly staff, right at a very wide beach, wonderful burgers, and the Sand Trap service a hidden gem.

The environment and friendly staff, this place was amazing.

Great spot right on the beach. Great tiki bar and friendly staff.

Great staff but the drinks were to pricey at the Tiki Bar.

We had a wonderful time. Great view, good service. Will come back again.

Recently updated, very clean! Only negative comment I can make is the tiki bar didn’t have mint leaves to make a mojito!

The staff is very joyful and looking forward to give you the best experience. The room was nice and clean. The beds were a little hard, but that’s personal preference.

Everything was great! Loved it! I will be back! Food was great! I loved the live music. Room was clean. Wish the pool was bigger

Property was amazing and beautiful. Pool felt great. Staff was real nice. Beach was nice. Only dislikes were expensive breakfast and being called at 11:5X making sure we were leaving/checking out. We were about to walk out the door and got a call. We will definitely stay at outrigger again over any hotel at ft Myers. Hoping in the next couple years to be back. Thanks outrigger for a great stay

Dear Mr & Mrs K, We apologize that this unfortunate incident happened. Our staff goes in and out of dozens of rooms everyday. A life lesson that he learned quickly is to never let your guard down and assume that a room is empty. For this unfortunate affair, I do hope you take advantage of the complimentary breakfast vouchers and visit again soon since you are local. Enjoy a hearty breakfast and take a long walk on FMB! I am not sure the daily resort fee you speak of as we do not have resort fees. Your credit card is authorized at check-in for $10 per night to start a line of credit so you can charges incidentals to your room, but there is no resort fee. Perhaps this is the confusion. The $10 per night is released at check-out if you do not charge anything to your room. The breakfast buffet that we normally have at the Deckside Cafe is temporarily discontinued due to COVID-19. However, this was not an inclusive offering with your room price. The cabana chairs are $20 per day plus taxes. When you checked in as an Outrigger guest, you were given a discount coupon for those cabanas. We're sorry that you did not see the coupon or inquire with questions if we were not clear. Most resorts with expensive resort fees do offer free cabanas. To keep our pricing reasonable these sorts of things are available to our guests if and when they want them. It's always disappointing to have a guest not fully satisfied with their stay. We work hard at making each person's experience truly remarkable. Thank you for taking time to share your experience. Kind regards, Paula
