Property was amazing and beautiful. Pool felt great. Staff was real nice. Beach was nice. Only dislikes were expensive breakfast and being called at 11:5X making sure we were leaving/checking out. We were about to walk out the door and got a call. We will definitely stay at outrigger again over any hotel at ft Myers. Hoping in the next couple years to be back. Thanks outrigger for a great stay

Beautiful property right on the beach. Loved the outdoor bar and seating area to eat with live music each day right next to the pool. Quick walk out to an awesome beach and sunset each night. Great location, quiet late at night but fun vibe during the day. Recommend Charlie's across the street for dinner. Very good.

We have stayed at the Outrigger Beach Resort a few times and have always been pleased with their accommodations.Great beach, great staff and great restaurant.

On the beach. Staff was great. Tiki bar and grill on location. Great restaurants within walking distance

PROS: The location on the beach is, of course, perfect. The tiki bar is great - wish it opened up to the sand! The deck area is fantastic. Staff are all super friendly! Charley’s Boathouse across the street has a great salad bar. The live music on the deck is great and everybody comes down for sunset on the beach, making it a great group event. CONS: Sheets kind of rough, they should upgrade. Water pressure in our bathroom was low. Mixed drinks at the bar include just a whiff of alcohol, so we stuck to straight whiskey and beer. The unending construction along Estero Blvd continues, but nothing Outrigger can do about that. Food at Deckside Cafe is mediocre. OVERALL: We enjoyed our four day stay and would definitely stay here again!

The location cannot be beat as it lies directly on the beach. The convenience of having a pool, dining options, cabana rentals, and being at an area of the island that is less crowded is ideal.

We were pleasantly surprised by our first stay at the Outrigger. We travel all the time for work and pleasure, and stay in a lot of hotels. We found or room to be clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was just fantastic- very friendly and personable, going above and beyond the call to help with anything we needed. The location was ideal for a beachfront getaway and the beach was just beautiful. The only flaw in an otherwise delightful stay was the onsite Deckside Cafe. The staff were great, but the food was pretty awful. As a couple, one of us is an omnivore and one is a vegetarian, so we ordered very different foods and were both very disappointed. I don't think it was a matter of preparation; the chef did all that was possible with poor ingredients and menu selections. Lots of canned items, limp lettuce, dairy that tasted off. And no vegetarian choices. Given that 6% of the population in the US is vegetarian, it is beyond time to enter the 21st century for dietary considerations. If the cafe quality was anywhere near the quality of the accommodations, they would have a top-notch resort. Would highly recommend the rooms, but would not return to the cafe.

Simple, Laid back vibe. Food at the restaurant was good ! Nice location.

Great place to stay one thing i would suggest is put a couple beach chairs in each room so guests can get closer to the waters edge to sit comfortably, we had a great week here and they were so very hospitable and nice to everyone. Great, Great we will stay again and they were under renovations while we were there.

The hotel had the most beautiful beachfront with good entertainment and a tiki bar. The bed was uncomfortable and seemed old but the overall experience was okay.

Loved that it had a restaurant and tiki bar on site ! Great location!

Hotel was as pictured. Very friendly staff. Right on beach as advertised.

This was our first trip to fort Myers and we definitely will be coming back. Beautiful resort and very relaxing and comfortable. Easy access to beach. Very close to other places. Loved every minute

Overall it was great the staff was amazing sooo friendly and rooms were very clean and comfy beds

Nice place to stay on the beach an will come back again

Room was outdated and carpet stained. Staff was excellent

Hotel overall ok. Could use updating for the price paid. Beach location was awesome!! Hotel could have more excitement band stopped at 9 no swimming after 9. If your looking for an exciting you wont find it here. Bartenders were good but wait staff very slow. Took 2 hours to get 1 drink and then never came back to ask if we wanted anything else. Resturaunt on site food terrible and waitstaff slow.

I asked for extra pillows and was told they would have them up to me ,, had to call again an hour later ... the TV picture kept going out and the refrigerator was missing a leg causing stuff to fall out on floor .. but other then that it was right on water nice bar and restaurant....
