120 Bahia Via - Upstairs 2 Bedroom Unit on Canal with Shared Pool Near Beach

This unit is the upper level to a duplex with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The bedrooms feature a queen in each room, for a max occupancy of 4 people. Need more space? Rent the whole unit to host up to 8 guests. The location of this property is well loved due to it being situated on a canal (perfect for fishing!) and it's walkability to beach.

The unit has a spacious layout with modern looks on the inside. The unit also features a private screened in porch off the kitchen that overlooks the pool and canal. The kitchen is stocked with all standard appliances including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room off the side of the house that is shared with the lower unit. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic pricing plan, prices may vary from day to day.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. For the security of the home, there are two security cameras on the exterior of this home. One faces the front of the house which includes the driveway and one faces the backyard which includes the pool.

Overall impression was that it was a very comfortable experience! Everything was clean. Small problem with door code not working and having to get the key. There should be note explaining where keys for kayaks were. The BBQ tools were in poor shape from being left outside. They need to be replaced. Maybe add a baking sheet to the pans in the kitchen. Very minor issues honestly as we did enjoy our time there and it was perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Nice updated property, great location. Close to beach and local restaurants, we really enjoyed the farmers market right down the street. Good internet for remote work. Enjoyed the heated pool too. We look forward to returning! Property management was quick to respond to small lighting issue, all in all a very nice trip!

Great, updated apartment

Property is well kept and cleaning is top-notch. Pool was very nice. We were traveling with family who also rented the downstairs apartment, so between the two of us, we had the whole house to ourselves. Could walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Times Square was about 10-15 minute ride on beach shuttle, but to be honest, there wasn’t much to do there during the day; nightlife may have been different but we didn’t go up that way in the evening because of all the traffic. There were 5 or 6 restaurants within 15 minutes walk of the apartment, which was plenty for us without having to deal with the traffic to Times Square for those restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
