The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay but had few options. Only 1 kind of mini muffins and limited cereal. My biggest issue is that they charged me for the room 2 times after I paid through Expedia. When I tried to explain to the manager, he blew me off, insisting he had refunded my money BUT he had only refunded 1 of the 2 $54.60 charges. The charges happened when the person at the desk charged the pet fee of $25, at check in. So instead of refunding me $109.20, he refunded me only $54.60! If he had just let me show him on my phone and listened to me, I wouldn’t be overcharged and furious!

Breakfast disappointment

We chose this hotel for the free breakfast and were so excited for the waffles! Breakfast was not as advertised. No waffles, no fruit, no oatmeal or grits. Two cereals, a couple of muffins and some bread is all that was available. Next time we’ll stay somewhere else - waste of a stay.

Place was dirty and need a big upgrade, I paid for a pet fee online and then was told I needed to pay when I checked in because it didn’t go through, ended up getting double charged on my credit card. Staff is unfriendly and doesn’t seem like they want to be there. The clientele is sketchy as well.

Bed had marker stain and manager at the front desk came up to our room to “make sure” we were lying. He refused to give us clean sheets because he said “it’s just a marker stain”. Area around hotel not safe and felt unsafe overall throughout the night. Breakfast was not the best as there was limited options
