this is an excellent establishment. completely caught off guard with the excellent service and awesome staff, the room were great. I'm canceling my hotel reservations in the Atlanta area next month and changing to Comfort inn and Suites.

Unfortunately, during our stay, someone decided that this was a smoking hotel, and the smoke permeated into our room. We did notify the staff and they did take care of it. The walls are thin, you could hear through them. The breakfast area is very crowded, not a lot of variety. Florence is a great stopover city, a lot of hotels to choose from.

It’s been awhile since we stayed at a Comfort Inn. We just needed a quick stop for the night on our way home from vacation. Our room was clean and inviting, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast selection was more than adequate. We will definitely consider Comfort Inn for future trips.

The bathrooms doesn't have a shower courting so after i took a bath i had to clean the bathroom and all my clothes where weet.

The hotel is located lose the Florence Center and has a really nice breakfast offering. Other than that, there are few dining options close by and it is isolated. Excellent fitness room.
