Properties is no longer worth the nightly rate, old furniture, rooms small.

This hotel is NOT as clean as they advertise. I was digusted at a few things I saw like pubic hair on the toilet, the bathroom floor was sticky, there was hair in the sink and in the bed, and when I picked up the phone, someone's caked on make-up covered the entire hand held phone. Waking up with someone else's hair in the bed was the final straw. I got up and checked out early. The very reason I travel with Lysol.

Tried to have breakfast the morning of departure. After 45 minutes, little attention from our servers, watching everyone around us get their food, we finally had to leave to catch our flight home. Food never arrived.

neve been to a hotel that didn't have coffee in room. Instead had to order to for $8. W is cool, but not that cool. Had to complain because room smelled like smoke. Toilet handle did not work properly. Restaurant was good. But overall, i paid for a chic room that stunk like an ashtray. Staff was courteous, but still not making up for experience.

More for the business community or the couple get away.

We were going to a concert at American Airlines Center so the location of the hotel was perfect, right across the street. Nice view on the patio. We spent $a lot$ for our room with a patio (special occasion). We called to let them know we'd be checking in late and reserved a micro & fridge. We checked in @9 pm (the room was fully paid for and confirmed). OUR ROOM WASN'T READY AT 9 PM!! They had to hunt up the fridge & micro. Very disappointed! The room lacked ambiance, chipped wood on furniture, not very clean. Curtains dirty.They did credit us for a meal we had in their restaurant because of our inconvenience. They need more experienced staff at the front desk and obviously more cleaning staff.

Awesome room with a deck and awesome pool and breakfast.

You would think paying the high prices that you would at least get a clean room. I found so many dusty spots in my room it was ridiculous. Also, it was trashy by check in and the room next door put their room service by their door when they were done and it sat there from one day to the next when we left. No free parking, no complimentary breakfast and the "Wifi" never worked. Not worth the money!

Don't spend to stay there are better places for less money.

The concierge I had was excellent and really went beyond his job to help me out. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only thing I could complain about was that I reserved a handicapped room, and did not get that, which I am in a wheelchair and they could see I needed it when I checked in, but I did OK with it.

We had a very nice stay at the W. We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday and enjoyed the Living Room Bar as well. Room was nice, clean and comfy. Hotel was clean and accommodating. We had a room with a nice large patio but it was too cold to enjoy unfortunately. Beds were comfortable and the shower/bath was nice with waterfall effect shower head. Bathroom set up was different since its open to the bedroom but there are curtains that separate if you choose to close it off. We self parked across the street in the parking garage which was cheaper than valet parking.

We were celebrating our anniversary and my husband asked them to surprise us with something nice. The front desk girl said she would and didn't do anything. Also, they had no king size beds and did nothing to offer an upgrade. Glass was broken in our room so we asked them to clean it up and Instead of vacuuming it up they just swept it up and glass was still left everywhere. They did nothing to make anything up to us and didn't even ask how out stay was upon checking out. Horrible service for such and expensive 5 star hotel. Will never stay at again.

Perfect Location for a visiting for a Stars Game, literally walk across the street.

Great location with a fantastic view. Hotel amenities are good and staffs are really nice. It was worth it!!

Experience was great. The hotel is beautiful and very good location.Only thing was the pool is really nice but can't always get sun because of how it was built.
