Mediocre at best. Condition for a Hilton seemed subpar. Breakfast was below average. Bed was hard. Tile floors dirty. Just blah all around. Def bot worth 225 a night. Maybe 125!

Great hotel

The hotel was super nice. I hated there is no microwave in the room. We didn’t realize this until we were ready to warm up our food after a fun night. The only other complaint is the elevator wait time since they have a roof top bar. The hotel is right next to Medieval Times which is something we are wanting to do. We will definitely visit again.

You have so-called valet people standing around telling incoming hotel guests to figure out their own parking issues. No assistance for parking and waiting over 30 minutes to get into the lobby to check in. It’s ridiculous because of bar folks!! Charge them for parking instead of hotel guests since they seemed to get priority!!

My boyfriend and I visited Dallas to attend a concert at the American Airlines Center (AAC) and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is within a walkable distance to the AAC and other locations downtown if you don’t want to drive or get an Uber/Lyft. Our room was clean and we didn’t have any issues with it.
