Sheraton Suites Market Center Dallas

was there for the NCAA women's basketball tournament. Hotel close to venue. Offers free shuttle within 3 mile radius. Shuttle drivers very knowledgeable around what to do and where to eat. was disappointed that front desk staff was did not know much about tournament, especially when Mississippi State, band, and fans were at Hotel right across the street. I had to inform the front desk of the shuttle service provided by NCAA that transported fans to the games and gave them a map to copy for other guests. The room was quiet and clean. in room micro, fridge and safe. They provide in room coffee maker with Starbucks coffee and two creamers. I left notes for housekeeping to leave extra creamer, never did. coffee downstairs for $3/cup. no hotel is perfect, but I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Dallas.

One elevator was out of service and no breakfast. Great area!!

It has the Sheraton name but not the quality restaurant food was horrible.Hallways dirty and the pullout couch was like sleeping on the floor be careful who you let use your good name

My 1st room was a mess. Peeling headboard, stained carpet - overall not very clean. In my 2nd room I had a pretty aeesome view of DT Dallas, but although a bit cleaner, the mattress was old and not very comfortable. The guests in the room adjacent to us were having a party...people hanging in the halls with beers, the smell of pot everywhere. I would not book there again.

I reserved this specific hotel because they had a stair stepper, hot tub, and internet access. However when we arrive there was not a stair stepper in there fitness facility even though it is listed on the website. They didn't have a hot tub. When we told them the should remove it from their website they said it was under renovation( not on website). The internet access was extremely slow. The elevator skipped floors and made disconcerting sounds. The staff although not rude were not very friendly or helpful. The food on the club floor was edible but not much else can be said for it. We ended up leaving a night early because of these issues.

The place was too disgusting to order room service and buffet breakfast was like being in a prison camp

Horrible service, $50 charge that is not mentioned, dirty torn up room, extra charge to park... Not valet I parked myself. and at the end of my visit was given a receipt that show the charge being canceled out. I will never stay at a Sheraton Hotel again.

Room to small and swimming pool in very poor conditions.

Don't the pictures fool you... This is in no way a $100 + a night hotel. Looks like it has not been updated since it was built, and the rooms are disappointing to say the least.

Our lamp did not work, call it in and in just minutes someone was there to correct the problem.

The pool was not heated initially when we got there but they got someone to come look at it. One of the elevators didn't work the whole time we were there and the other one broke down once also. The room was nice the site with the king bed had very little walking room. At night there was only 1 kid channel available to watch.

Nice hotel. Quiet and rooms are separated well so can't hear the neighbors. A little old but overall a comfortable hotel.

Great indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Hotel staff are great and the hotel has a free shuttle to the Dallas Love Field airport.

Decided to stay at the Sheraton for a solo trip to Dallas over the Thanksgiving holiday. Very convenient location, comfortable room, and friendly staff. The interiors are starting to look a bit dated, but everything was clean and well maintained. At under $100 per night, this hotel was an excellent deal!

Hotel did not meet my expectations no water for four hours due to City issues in Dallas Tx no one offered discounts or better offers for our stay also could' swim some issues with water lines. The hotel was clean just needed some quirks to work on

We were in Dallas for Ambition. Sept.2-6 Ambit Energy Convention. Many of the events were held @ the Hilton Anatole. We had great rates, great service(shuttle),great food in the CLUB ROOM and great beds to sleep. Just a short walk of where we needed to be!! Pool and patio area were great! Smokers were accommodated with an outside area where lots of business networking took place. We will be back!

This hotel was close enough to get to Love Field easily and the staff was very polite and helpful. Room was perfect for myself and my 18 year old son.

My wife got scared of seeing spider in the hotel, staff came by and killed it with toilet pump! I don't want to say anything else...

Very clean and friendly! It's close to the place I visited, will stay here as needed!

The staff was not that helpful, other the. That IT WAS A Fair stay!
