The sheets were so rough and scratchy. This new trend of not reviving cleaning services means that you also don’t get any of the basic things you need in your room either. We were out of tissues, soap, coffee and had to track it down. I get everyone is understaffed, but for how much we were paying it seemed ridiculous. The property is definitely older and they tried to make it look nicer with lipstick on a pig type stuff, but it isn’t fooling anyone. The room was dirty- the floor, bathtub, were gross and there were definitely piles of dirt, etc. in the corners of the room. Would not stay again. There are much nicer and newer hotels around that I would spend our money at instead.

The Staff was amazing especially the Front Desk. Every member of the team was pleasant and easy to be around. All requests were met, questions answered and services rendered. They even secured my phone when I left it at the front desk :). I did not like paying for parking.
This property is a great place to stay if you are in the down towns area highly recommend by us.
The Sheraton is a decent hotel, the suite was spacious and the ac quality in our room was awesome. I didn’t care for the on-site parking fee and the band playing music until 2 in the morning. I would recommend a bathroom upgrade especially with the tub/shower because the liner was cheap and didn’t prevent any water from flooding the floor. Also the remotes weren’t programmed well for the TVs. Overall we enjoyed our stay minus the inconvenience of parking and disruption loud music.
Quick and nice enough
Our room wasn't ready when we needed it. When we finally got into it, there was a strong weed/ cigarette odor. The room was also very loud as it was facing the freeway.
