Whatever you do, stay away from room service. They got our order wrong, then proceeded to argue with us (after spending 100.00 on the meal).

The hotel had great photos which were fun to peruse while waiting/walking through the lobby and hallways. The staff worked with me when I needed something. Room service was great.

You can't get better than this. Location, location, location. I'm

Very helpful front desk folks. We had a little mix-up with the bar server, but she was always polite. The room was very very comfortable - great mattress. The shuttle service is limited, but was great for our purposes. This is a good location for a brief tourist visit to spread out Dallas!

The pictures make it look much more glamorous than it really is. I selected this hotel because of how close it is to Love Field and that it had an airport shuttle. The two times we tried to use the shuttle it was over an hour wait. The bathroom was the size of a postage stamp and very out of date. The rooms were like they tried to do a quick update-they out lipstick on a pig- The one saving grace was that the bed was very comfortable. I would not stay at this hotel again.

We were visiting for a Cheer Competition and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great amenities. Breakfast was okay. Loved the bed!

Hotel was a great bargain with excellent breakfast but rooms felt slightly dated (bathroom fixtures, etc.). Pool was a little cold for an indoor pool too. But overall would definitely stay there again as everything else was wonderful, including close location to SMU.

The hotel had experienced a guest-caused flood that knocked some rooms out of service. That was not their fault. My room, however, had not been made up - beds not made, no pillowcases, one towel in the bath, just not what one should expect.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with their wonderful staff, free buffet breakfasts, homemade fresh cookies and milk in the evening. The rooms were VERY quiet, we were close to the highway but you could not hear any noise from outside or in the hallway. Many great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The hotel was located close to the interstate and was not a bad drive to the AT&T Stadium. The staff there was very friendly and a daily special was offered. They had a breakfast buffet each day, happy hour, milk and cookies. Unfortunately comma there was a stain on air comforter that looked like blood when we arrived, that the staff came and changed the comforter after we called them twice. Overall, this was and OK Hotel

We arrived prior to check-in time and were told our room was not ready. Obviously, staff could not get departing guests to leave. When all of us waiting got fed up, they began to allow check-in. Our long-standing reservation could not be found. The desk finally gave us a room but not until we had waited over 3 hours! Not happy.

The Magnolia was new to us. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Very nice older hotel. (tiny bathroom) Clean & comfy with a nice bar.

Actually it is a pretty good hotel because of the good location. And it has the free breakfast. The bad thing is the soundproof of the room which is pretty bad. Parking, pool, gym are good. I think I will recommend this hotel to my friends. And will book it next time.

This use to be a Holiday Inn and now converted to a Magnolia. They continue the renovations that were started under the previous Holiday Inn ownership. Good location to visit Dallas and they now offer free breakfast buffet.

Great location, across from SMU & close to shopping

The hotel is located next to the freeway and is very noisy. Breakfast is fine but not more than that. WIFI is offal, and at the executive floor it was impossible to use it The coffee machine in my room didn’t work and I had to contact the staff 3 times till it was replaced

Was good for location and price. Was told there be robes and slippers, there was not.

I think this hotel is pretty good. But there is no ventilation inside the room so i think you would better not to check in if you care about that issue.
