This hotel needs a renovation 911 , specially the rooms

I love the indoor pool and the fact that they had milk and cookies every night. The looks smell good everyday

The staff was friendly but the property was unkept and changed names during our stay. The bar/restaurant/room service closed at 10pm which was disappointing. The plumbing was broken leaving out sink, shower, and toilet barely usable even after two visits from repair staff. Our room had electricity issues and the climate control did not work properly. Very disappointing overall.

$100 non negotiable deposit required on room-nice surprise at check in Staff (what little there is) wears jeans?? Mind you while housekeeping has uniforms. Pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom- I wouldn’t get in it.. Rooms have a tiny tv and cheap fridge and microwave- I’ve seen better furnishings at Motel 6 Walls are thin- old buildings - polished a tu$$ is all this is Parking is free but be prepared to walk- cheap price cheaper room - bathroom shower curtain mildewed and affixed shampoos a hotbed for germs- uhhh.... no I don’t recommend

I loved the soft bed and some of the staffs were nice. But they are very inconsistent with the breakfast service and for transportation only takes u up to 2miles which there is no good food near the hotel.

Every customer service employee was excellent with service and smiles!!! Love every minute of my stay. I will be back to stay in October 2019. Thank you for your warm welcome❤️

The air conditioning unit was so loud and made random noises so I didn’t sleep well.

What I did not like about the hotel was i paid for my room on Orbitz, but when I got to the hotel I was told that they needed a card on file and that they were going to charge my card $100.00 and that it would be refunded to my card at check out. Two days later I'm still waiting for it to be refunded and was told by the staff that because i stayed their on the weekend I would have to wait until Monday

It was really close to a lot of places to visit in the area and also relaxing and quiet in the hotel itself. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location @ a great price! Staff says they are about to do a major renovation.

The staff was superb and always helpful! The room was modern, comfortable, and clean. A wonderful location, close to Mockingbird Station and close to fabled 24 hour eating spot Cafe Brazil.

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the bed and our staff. We are conveniently located next to the DART Station which can provide bus or train transportation to almost anywhere in the Dallas area. I am surprised you could not find a restaurant to your liking as we have over 45 restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the hotel that offer almost any type of cuisine. Mockingbird Station is 1 block south of the hotel and features many restaurants and SMU Boulevard is 1 block north and has more than 10 dining/drinking establishments to enjoy as well. Please ask any of our team for dining recommendations as there are many favorites in the immediate area to enjoy. We do hope to see you again!
