Amazing hotel!! Looks a little dated on the outside but the interior is amazing. We ordered room service twice and it was sooo delicious and delievered in 15 minutes. My husband and i are planning a weekend in December for a short getaway

It seemed like a nice hotel. Very busy at check in. There was great customer service by John. One if the elevators was out of service which was a problem. At one point there was a 25 person long line to grab an elevator ride. The most basic breakfast coffee and a small amount of food was $9. I did appreciate no charge for parking, very nice accommodation. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned as there was the previous occupants vomit running down the side of the toilet. This was not found until we were about to leave so hence we did not inform front desk staff.

Nice hotel. Fitness center was nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Complimenary cookies were good.

Overall my stay at the magnolia was fine. However, there were a few things that could've used a little work. First, my hotel room was directly next to a staircase. That staircase which led outside & there was no keycard needed to enter or exit the staircase. I know this because I unfortunately had to use that staircase multiple times because the elevator was broken. When we first arrived at the hotel I thought the elevator seemed a little slow & creepy but for it to break down was just another issue. The bathroom in my room had a weird chemical smell and the scent intensified when you flushed the toilet. Lastly, the hotel staff was not always the friendliest. I needed to extend my stay because my flight left late and for whatever reason I had to speak to multiple people who were all less helpful than the last and no one was pleasant about it. Despite these issues, I might actually stay here again. Location wise, the hotel is very close to the highway, there is shopping and dining within walking distance and everything else isn't much further.

Beds comfortable, good food, clean. The room was big and no noise.

This was our second stay at Magnolia. We love the convenient location to events, restaurants and the Dart rail. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are so quiet from hallway and adjoining room noise, the beds are cozy and comfortable.

Great place to stay close to downtown. Room was great with room darkening shades it was pitch black. Mini fridge but no microwave. Bed was very comfy. Staff was friendly, close parking can be hard but manageable. Careful with the elevators they close really hard and really fast.

Whatever you do, stay away from room service. They got our order wrong, then proceeded to argue with us (after spending 100.00 on the meal).

The hotel had great photos which were fun to peruse while waiting/walking through the lobby and hallways. The staff worked with me when I needed something. Room service was great.

You can't get better than this. Location, location, location. I'm

Very helpful front desk folks. We had a little mix-up with the bar server, but she was always polite. The room was very very comfortable - great mattress. The shuttle service is limited, but was great for our purposes. This is a good location for a brief tourist visit to spread out Dallas!

The pictures make it look much more glamorous than it really is. I selected this hotel because of how close it is to Love Field and that it had an airport shuttle. The two times we tried to use the shuttle it was over an hour wait. The bathroom was the size of a postage stamp and very out of date. The rooms were like they tried to do a quick update-they out lipstick on a pig- The one saving grace was that the bed was very comfortable. I would not stay at this hotel again.

We were visiting for a Cheer Competition and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great amenities. Breakfast was okay. Loved the bed!

Hotel was a great bargain with excellent breakfast but rooms felt slightly dated (bathroom fixtures, etc.). Pool was a little cold for an indoor pool too. But overall would definitely stay there again as everything else was wonderful, including close location to SMU.

The hotel had experienced a guest-caused flood that knocked some rooms out of service. That was not their fault. My room, however, had not been made up - beds not made, no pillowcases, one towel in the bath, just not what one should expect.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with their wonderful staff, free buffet breakfasts, homemade fresh cookies and milk in the evening. The rooms were VERY quiet, we were close to the highway but you could not hear any noise from outside or in the hallway. Many great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The hotel was located close to the interstate and was not a bad drive to the AT&T Stadium. The staff there was very friendly and a daily special was offered. They had a breakfast buffet each day, happy hour, milk and cookies. Unfortunately comma there was a stain on air comforter that looked like blood when we arrived, that the staff came and changed the comforter after we called them twice. Overall, this was and OK Hotel

We arrived prior to check-in time and were told our room was not ready. Obviously, staff could not get departing guests to leave. When all of us waiting got fed up, they began to allow check-in. Our long-standing reservation could not be found. The desk finally gave us a room but not until we had waited over 3 hours! Not happy.

The Magnolia was new to us. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
