Beautiful hotel. No lighting in the closet, minimal lighting in the entry, and insufficient lighting in the hotel room. I booked through Orbitz and received a good rate. But was charged an additional $50 upon checkout for parking and resort fees. For that $50, I could have chosen a nicer hotel.
Got in late on a weekend and was welcomed by friendly staff. Bar was open and a good crowd sitting on the outdoor patio. Room was comfortable and elegant. Only downside was the lack of a bath tub which was advertised in the listing.
Stayed one night. Beautiful hotel. Clean. Nice bath products. Comfortable beds
You WILL NOT be disappointed! Perfect location, close to upscale bars. Excellent food in the area.
Excellent hotel. Very good service. Nice location.
Location is so wonderful in this cute smaller boutique like hotel. Lots of activity at hotel and the area around that you can walk to. The rooms are so big and beautiful with even electric curtains! I would highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel was very clean and nice - Valet was prompt on arrival and departure. Could walk to some great bar/restaurants and they serve Illy espresso which is perfect.
Cant say enough about the friendly staff and the way everybody treated us. Great hotel, perfect location
The Hotel was much nicer than any pictures I saw online. It had a "old-timey" feeling with the older sinks in the restrooms. However, it added to the atmosphere and made the overall experience that much better. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel was beautiful. Rooms were large and bathrooms were to die for. The proximity to bars and restaurants was an added bonus.
Hotel is under major remodeling project, but this didn't hinder our stay. Our room was nice and plenty of space to entertain quests. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.
Enjoyed staying at the Stoneleigh. Great location.
Nice hotel, great experience. I will say the price to park your car overnight was absurd. It was almost $30 to park my car overnight, so the weekend deal for the room rate wasn't really a deal when you added the parking. It ended up being just as expensive as other hotels.
We enjoyed our stay at Stoneleigh, the room was beautiful and comfortable. The access to downtown Dallas was convenient which made our excursions easy and stress-free.
Great job on the renovation of this historic hotel. Very nice and comfortable. Good bar with patio. Excellent location with restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance.
Woke up to the sound of construction vehicles at 8am on a Saturday morning just behind the hotel. Food and drinks are way overpriced. M&Ms cost $5.00 plus all the other fees they charge to restock the fridge. Had four drinks at the bar and bill was $55. Just outrageous prices.
Quiet evening away. Great spa, nice location, rooms are fantastic. Staff at hotel could be friendlier, soap in bathroom was yuck; dried out your skin.Expected more with having spa downstairs. Teris was closed because they only open it when they feel like it. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but nothing super impressive.
Easy access to the big city amenities of Dallas was my goal, the Stoneleigh fit the bill for me. A great location at the nexus of most of the major routes. Walking distance to the trendy nightlife and restaurants of McKinney and State and Allen. Easy access to Downtown, West End, and The Arts District too.
Perfect getaway in Dallas. Close to fine dining and fun trendy bars. Room was very clean and nicely designed. Construction next door but wasn't an issue for a Saturday night stay. You can walk to Za Za's, Trulucks, shopping center, Sambuca's and much more. Also close to Katy Trail. We will stay here again and check out their spa next time!
