This motel ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! Take your pick, from the vile, filthy rooms infested with mold covered ceiling to scum and grime covered bathroom, to mysterious stain covered walls, to an eye sore roll of cable dangling from a hole in the ceiling that they never bothered to finish.Then you have the tv/wifi that doesn't work, a staff that acts clueless when you ask to place some postcards in the outgoing mail and finally, the half assed approach to coffee/breakfast in the lobby. I have stayed in several La Quinta and enjoyed them, this particular one is nothing more than a nasty run down motel cosplaying as a LA Quinta. I encourage you to read the numerous reviews telling you how vile this place is, then notice the owner's blanket response to all dissatisfied customers. He mentions wanting to improve but has done nothing from the looks of it. If you make the mistake of booking a room here, GET A REFUND!

The place was filthy. My buddy wouldn’t even stay in his room. He went and stayed with relatives.

The staff was very nice but the room was dirty. The bathroom was gross. It was moldy and the shower head was leaking water, and the toilet was dirty. There was construction around the hotel that made getting around a little slower too.

Toilet was broken and upon check in there was feces left I flushed in the toilet. The room was cleaned but that remained, just gross

Was noisy, not very clean and TV was not working

It was bomb for the price! They could train the housekeepers a bit better about the corners in the bathroom but over all it was clean. The staff was great! Loved all the ones I met - Cherri, Danny, Jordon and Erica! I’ll stay when I’m in Dallas again!

Carpet Dirty, restroom door didnt close properly and ac not working properly

I was here for a concert with my friends, we had a family room with a small conjoining room. The bathtub in this room was absolutely filthy, the keypad literally had exposed wires and batteries. Then later that night I shut the door to the smaller room and got trapped in the room. The door would not open and I literally had to push so hard to get out that the door frame broke out completely. After this happened we requested a different room, which was fine until the next night when we came back from the concert and the door batteries had “gone dead” and we couldn’t access our room, and neither could the lady on staff. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half for the maintenance man to come and break into our room to replace the batteries. It was almost 1 am by the time we finally got back into our room, then when we woke up the next morning two of us went to get drinks from the vending machine (which, also didn’t take cash) and were locked out because once again the door was not working. Luckily our other friend was still in the room to let us in. Do not recommend staying here. Breakfast was also only yogurt and toast.

Television did not work on the channels that we are desired on the first night but was fixed the next day. We prefer an inside room rather than an outside room. No meat on the breakfast menu. We were told that specific LaQuinta was the closest one to the Baylor Cancer Center on Worth Street.The manager and staff were Very hospitable. We love the bedspreads.Thank You

Breakfast was poor Had to ask for coffee replaced in our room. Had to ask for towels second day. Water would not drain in tub had to shower in standing water. Over all condition of bathroom very old

Very dirty and worn out. Smell like mold rooms where very small and property was littered with trash.

We have stayed at a lot of Laquintas over 25 years and have always had a great experience. This place was old and needed a lot of remodeling and update. It was clean but shower did not drain and pipes etc were ancient.

Check in was fast and easy but when we were going to our room the door was open. Anyone could of gotten in that room without a key and we noticed the tub was extremely dirty

I never review anything but I felt I needed for this one. Worst La Quinta I ever stayed at. Bathtub was dirty, faucet broken, my 8 years old found a beer in the fridge, old package of noodles by the microwave. TV in the other room didn’t work. I asked for a crib and she said they didn’t have available. I couldn’t figure out a place for the baby to sleep and we insisted for a crib and the crib was actually on the second floor and she didn’t want to pick it up. I had booked for 2 nights. After the first night I had to check out and check back in because of the different rate (never heard about this). She called me to go to the reception but the computer was broken. I guess she didn’t think before calling me? Staff not prepared. Property falling apart. I would not stay there again.

Hotel didn’t have a microwave or fridge. Also had a weird smell to it when walking into it.

IT WAS EASY UBER RIDE TO DOWN TOWN. THE DENNYS NEXT DOOR HAS DECENT FOOD. IT WAS PERFECT FOR A NIGHT OUT DOWN TOWN

The staff was very nice but the room was dirty. The bathroom was gross. It was moldy and the shower head was leaking water, and the toilet was dirty. There was construction around the hotel that made getting around a little slower too.
