This property is located very close to downtown Dallas. Unfortunately, its proximity to the lightrail and a very busy intersection makes the front facing rooms very noisy at night. I was at room 401 and I had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones. The dining options at the hotel is incredibly limited and you either have to order through Uber eats or walk a few blocks to near restaurants. The room was very clean but house keeping is upon request and when I request once, it took 5 hours to get my room tidy.
It was very peaceful, loved the shower and the tub . The bed was amazing . No dislikes
Building itself is very nice. No hot water at 10:30 AM is not OK. Random $37.99 charge showed up on my card after checking out that I have no idea what it could be for.

My stay was nothing short of amazing! Atmosphere was great! Staff was great and accommodating! I would like to shine a light on Abi at the front desk! She greeted my husband and I by our names every time we saw her. She always made sure we had everything we needed. She made our stay even more enjoyable. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes on Valet. Overall experience, 10/10.

Loved my stay. Everything so clean and all staff friendly, attentive and helpful. The pool, lounge areas, fitness center were all wonderful. Room was clean, comfortable, and the blackout curtains were great.
Kimpton Pittman was one of the best places I've stayed! Beautiful, brand new clean rooms that are pet welcoming. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. We liked it so much we decided to stay another night! A fyi that parking is pricey at $25 a da and is a fee that is easy to miss in the fine print, but to be expected these days at hotels I guess.

It seems we missed the opportunity to mitigate noise by your room and did not prioritize your housekeeping request. With Covid vaccinations picking up pace and our ability to attract more team members we have started adding back services including breakfast 7 days of the week and housekeeping services daily.
