Once again, staff friendliness was outstanding. They are willing to help with anything you ask them. Also, the location is great to visit our SMU student.
It was a great location, rooms were nice with some old decor, main issue was the walk to the rooms is very long , also be careful not to get a room along the highway side , could hear vehicles all night , staff was nice and breakfast was nice
Our 1st room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The front desk person gave a poor answer and said that this was a nonsmoking hotel but they can’t help it if guests smoke in the room. We were given another room that was better.
The room was spacious
Front desk clerk was surly and seemed to be bothered to check me in. Charged for parking and was not even told there was a parking garage. Once I figured that out, the parking garage was very convenient and easily accessed from my floor. Confusing policy on room cleaning-I passed on that option but someone came in my room that first day anyway. Nice, hot breakfast. Good location, easy access to I-75.
First time staying, and it was a great experience! Super nice and helpful staff, well maintained building and grounds. Would definitely stay again.
I love the customer service and how everyone there went above and beyond what was needed. Our room however had ants. They came and sprayed but there was still a lot of them.

I liked the gated parking garage, even if you had to pay for it. I loved the made for you fresh omelet at breakfast. The best.
We were disappointed with this property in its entirety. Upon checking in the receptionist was unable to tel us why he was running my card for 40$ more than what I remember the booking price to be. We went to our room to find the mattress squeaky and awfully uncomfortable and when picking up the sheets the mattress was flipped upside down springs facing up and top facing down. We requested a new room and our deadbolt didn’t work as the door frame was unaligned with the door lock. When telling the receptionist about this as an fyi- they just said “thanks” and clearly don’t care about the hotel condition or their guests. Stay elsewhere.
The breakfast included in the price was very good - complete with hot sausage and custom made omelettes. There is limited free parking on the street but be aware that parking in the garage is extra, about $20/night.
The room was a king suite with a kitchen very nice. We walked to a local restaurant but it had a long wait time so we walked back to the hotel and ate. It was very nice and the server was super . The only complaint was we had to pay for parking. You can park on the street but there was no street parking available.
