The room was very inexpensive for the area so I was somewhat apprehensive, especially when I read some of the negative reviews. But, fortunately I tried it, and was very pleased. Much larger room than I expected, well stocked with a 4 cup coffee maker and dishes and cooking utensils. We only stayed one night, but it would be ideal for someone staying several days. They were working on upgrading the pool area so we didn't go for a swim. It looks like it will be fine when that area reopens. Staff were friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Sahara, the front desk lady. Very helpful. Breakfast was quite good, normal hotel free breakfast fare. Parking did cost $25, but easy access in a gated area. We knew about the extra cost before we booked. We had checked other hotels in the area and this one was way less expensive, and very much worth the money. We will stay there again.

We had to ask for the pullout mattress to be exchanged as the liner was torn and ripped, along with red stains on the bottom. Beds were not comfortable, room was minimally clean. I was not told in person during check in, or was it mentioned in me booking the room about $29 per night parking. I went and looked and you have to make an effort to find any information about parking as if to make sure you dont notice. I find that gross to deliberately hide a charge instead of being upfront and honest. Not only that but $29 for not being downtown is ridiculous for a parking fee. The only upsides was the breakfast, location, and cute pool/courtyard. Definitely will not be back.

The commercial washer and dryer was close to my room and was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep. Rooms are very dated but the reason for 1 star is the terrible loud noise from the commercial dryer. If you have your room in second floor, good luck getting any sleep

Property location was great. Staff was great. Common areas were nice. Breakfast was good, above average. Rooms were bad. Shade on window didn’t go all the way to sill. Room was overall worn a a roach in tub. Had to pay for parking. Would not stay here again

Very Accommodating

We have stayed in other Hyatt Houses in different cities - a preferred location. Our suite with the separate bed room was spacious and comfortable. The hall ways were very warm for some strange reason. The bar was closed due to it being the "end of the month" and supplies low. And only one order of chick wings was available. No sandwiches because they had no lettuce or tomatoes. It was New Years' Eve and I guess they were understaffed. All else was accommodating and comfortable.
