The facilities were good and the staff was good. My problem is that we chose this hotel because their website says this particular hotel has 24 hr service to the airport. We had our family drop us off there but they are now having to drive back to get us to the airport at 4 am. When I ask about it he said it was not his problem.

Shuttle driver gave me informative information about where they shuttle to & about the hotel that I greatly appreciated. Staff at checking in & room was great. The kitchen needed a bit more utensils. I would stay here again.

It was very spacious and clean. One of the most comfortable stays I’ve had. I was also able to bring both my fur babies along and it was super reasonably priced. I will definitely be staying here again.

The staff and manager were rude, judgmental and discriminatory towards me. I have been away from the city for a while and my time was going to be short. During the period of time I was there i did have visitors but there were no incidents of loud noise in the room or hallway. I didn't realize there was a no visitor policy or restrictions on entry. I made every effort to not create or have situations where a disturbance or infringement of use would occur. The staff was heard by a guest making negative remarks about our assumed life style. The bus driver was very verbal in his expression of dislike for gay people. I felt that this attitude or negative views of gay culture and life were key contributors to the treatment I received and ultimately the property not allowing me to renew my reservation for my last night stay causing me to have to find another hotel without having time to review or compare cost. I picked Candlewood for a reason but i am very displeased about the comments that were made that was heard but more importantly about the negative and discriminatory environment that emerged making it very uncomfortable. The manager was not very forthcoming about the reason he was kicking me off his property other than stating that his staff told him I had lots of traffic. I don't understand how that was determined and what constitutes a lot? I want those in the gay community to be aware of this negative environment toward people who might be gay - I felt very profiled

The staff seemed friendly and helpful, but I never had a working remote for the TV despite asking multiple staff members to fix or replace it. One guy gave me new batteries which didn't work, and one gal said she would have the engineer fix it and when I returned to my room after work, there was no remote and when I went back to the desk a third gal said no work order had been entered.
