Good location. A historic hotel

Only complaint was the room was very noisy being so close to the elevators

Nicely designed hotel in great area

The hotel has a lot of “wow” factor from the minute you walk in the front door and go up the mirrored escalator lined with amber lights. The checkin process was quick but required the help of the staff to figure out the iPad process. The hotel has a nice breakfast area on the ground level with excellent coffee and take-out items. The gym was good size and well equipped. The rooftop bar was very cool with great views of the city. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the layout of the room, particularly the raised platform the bed was on and it’s placement next to window, and the shaded glass walled shower and bathroom which didn’t afford complete privacy.

Hudson New York

Nice Hotel

Small rooms but overall a nice hotel. System was down when we first attempted to check in, but resolved by midday. Hotel staff was very attentive and helpful, expect we weren't allowed to bring in "outside" food to the bar/lounge area which seemed unusual considering it is part of the hotel we paid to stay in. Nonetheless, it was a good stay overall.

Novotel New York - Times Square

Amazing Location!

Right when we pulled up to Novotel, we fell in love with the location. The colors, decor of the hotel were awesome! Checking In & out was a breeeze! Can’t forget the gentleman at the entrance nice enough to hold our luggage so we continue exploring even after checking out the hotel. Last but not least the hotel room, you need the card to access any levels. Hotel room was clean & comfy! The view was amazing! The rooftop view was my absolute favorite part!!
