You will have a very relaxing vacation in this comfortable home with lots of extras and personal touches to make your vacation dream come true. Enjoy stargazing from the deck in the large hot tub and the privacy of a tree lined backyard. TV's with high definition cable boxes in every bedroom. And a gas grill is also available to cook up some amazing dinners after the beach!

Ground Level: Features 2 Bedrooms, each with 2 Queen Beds and ceiling fans. There is also a newly decorated Full Bath on this level. The back bedroom has a door to the outside Patio which has a Poly Dining Table and Chairs set and Outdoor Shower.

Mid-Level: Features a newly decorated room with a new sectional sofa and new 65 inch LG OLED Smart TV with HD Cable, Yamaha stereo system with Bluetooth and speakers throughout the house. Also features a completely renovated kitchen with new floor, quartz countertops, cabinets and appliances with a large quartz island table with comfortable seating for 10. There is also a full laundry area, a half bath and a newly decorated King Main Bedroom with pillow top mattress, ceiling fan and recently updated Full Bath on this level. On the deck, there is a large hot tub with new deck furniture including a Poly Dining Table and Chairs Set and 2 Poly Adirondack Chairs.

Wonderful Stay in Corolla Light

Would highly recommend Villa Nova! Location was great. Villa was exceptionally well maintained with attention to detail. Lots of beach chairs and toys available. Loved that the hot tub was on the middle floor and so easily accessible. We have been renting various houses and villas in Corolla Light Resort for 36 years and this was one of the nicest properties we have rented.

We had a very nice stay. House is nice and clean. The outside of the house and patio areas could use a good power washing. When we arrived the windows and patio door were open and it’s was so hot . The AC wasn’t working. We called Sunday morning and someone came out that day. They couldn’t get it fixed so they installed portable air conditioners and it stayed cool our entire visit. Would definitely stay here again .
