This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. As soon as you walked in you could smell and see how clean the facility was . The receptionist came right away and got me checked it she was polite and friendly . Once we got into the room it was very clean and the bed was soft not hard and the room was well stocked . In the morning we had the complimentary breakfast and it was delicious . Had a good variety and again the staff were friendly and helpful . They kept the food stocked and cleaned tables as guests left . The receptionist when we checked out was just like the rest friendly and pleasant.

When we checked in they didn’t have our reservation in their system. The woman was very nice and luckily was able to find us another room. Also in the middle of the night our shower curtain fell down twice and woke us up

The room was clean. We were there for military graduation and the hotel was very close to Ft. Jackson. The location was good and had multiple places to eat ( waffle house in the parking lot). We were there for 3 nights. However, our keys would not work. Every day we had to get them redone. Front desk kept saying that 1 key deletes the other key?? There were 2 of us in the room so why would it do that? If my husband left to do something he couldn't get back in and vice versa. That was a pain to keep redoing those keys every day. Only other complaint would be that the water doesn't get very hot. I had it turned all the way to the hottest setting in the shower and it still was just warm. Breakfast was good. There was hot food option and decent choices. Staff for breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Although we didn't need housekeeping to clean our room, they were very accommodating in bringing us whatever fresh towels or anything else that we needed. I would give this hotel an 8 out of 10. But overall a decent place to stay. I would stay there again if I was in the area

First you have staff that are rude and do not seem to know anything about the hotel nor do they seem to care. Let me help you out: Room 316 we complained that the AC never stopped running therefore we froze the entire 3 days we stayed keep in mind the temperature outside was 56 to 60 degrees the nights were low 50's! We flew in for our son's Fort Jackson graduation. Then our tub filled to shine deep as we rushed through a shower as to NOT FLOOD THE FLOOR!! The lady at front desk answer to our hotel room issues were um I don't usually work here this is not my hotel I'm just filling in-REALLY? We asked for maintenance LMBO-her response IDK if they have anyone who is maintenance here-OMG! Then she moved us to a room where the door had wood missing near the lock as if someone used a crow bar tonbreak in the room- ARE YOU SERIOUS!! So we had to decide either freeze or our safety! We decided to live to see our son's graduation so we went back to room 316 to face the freezing cold and the Noah Arks bathroom! We are Diamond Elite Members this is by far the absolute worst hotel stay ever! Not to mention your GM Hutchinson is rude and short tempered ! I approached him about breakfast being out except for some black bananas, tiny apples, grits, pancakes! There was no milk, eggs, bacon, sausage, apple juice nor orange juice! The time of my complaint was 745 am, breakfast is from 630-930! His response we are out- wow as sadly families with kids continued to come down for breakfast!
