The hotel looked nice but the room was not well cleaned, bathrooms were old and Staff not friendly. The worse was bfast time when I noticed the worker look at all the guest with an angry face as she demanded the entire area of sitting outside the looked doors of serving food to be empty after bfast was over. It cause unnecessary discomfort for late arrivals for bfast not having a choice of a sitting area just because she wanted to clean floors. The floors were dirty, sticking like glue but she should only closed the food area, handled that and after go the the other area to clean. All other stuff were unwelcoming and unhappy. Will not return to this location and look not to go back to Holiday Inn.

The hotel has a few bumps and bruises from hosting lots of guests but it was clean, quiet and well-run. The exception was the sub-par breakfast but thats more on corporate. Holiday Inn needs to ditch the velvetta filled omelets -bleh! They had also run out of regular milk by 8am so everyone had dry cereal.

Room is older which is ok, but the bathroom sink did not work/ then you run water in the sink, it leaks water into the floor- I told management. There was no hot breakfast at 8:45 even though breakfast is served until 9:30.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. As soon as you walked in you could smell and see how clean the facility was . The receptionist came right away and got me checked it she was polite and friendly . Once we got into the room it was very clean and the bed was soft not hard and the room was well stocked . In the morning we had the complimentary breakfast and it was delicious . Had a good variety and again the staff were friendly and helpful . They kept the food stocked and cleaned tables as guests left . The receptionist when we checked out was just like the rest friendly and pleasant.

The room was clean. We were there for military graduation and the hotel was very close to Ft. Jackson. The location was good and had multiple places to eat ( waffle house in the parking lot). We were there for 3 nights. However, our keys would not work. Every day we had to get them redone. Front desk kept saying that 1 key deletes the other key?? There were 2 of us in the room so why would it do that? If my husband left to do something he couldn't get back in and vice versa. That was a pain to keep redoing those keys every day. Only other complaint would be that the water doesn't get very hot. I had it turned all the way to the hottest setting in the shower and it still was just warm. Breakfast was good. There was hot food option and decent choices. Staff for breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Although we didn't need housekeeping to clean our room, they were very accommodating in bringing us whatever fresh towels or anything else that we needed. I would give this hotel an 8 out of 10. But overall a decent place to stay. I would stay there again if I was in the area
