Check-in was a little nerve racking. It was partly my fault, but partly someone else’s fault. Either Orbitz or Tru’s, not sure which. When booking it was my mistake to not select 4 people. But when checking in, we found that the room we booked was given away. Regardless of how many people were checking in, if it had been two men, sorry but not everyone is “LGTBQ” (sorry if that’s wrong), but not all men want to share one King bed. That’s the room we were given, even though we booked and PAID FOR a QQ Room. We sweated for about 45 minutes while our LOVELY Front Desk Personnel, Lysa, helped to make things right. I tried contacting customer service, but kept getting disconnected through chat. Customers REALLY need a number to speak with someone who’s a US SPEAKING CITIZEN when things like this happen. Maybe after booking, make a phone number available. The property around the area was “sketchy”. We’ve never had an issue booking w/Orbitz through the years. But now, I’m not sure we’ll ever use the site again. Idk… The room was clean and staff was friendly.
Great place to stay, friendly staff, easy access to downtown.
Everything was perfect! Clean, well-appointed, newly renovated. Great service, great breakfast, great fitness facility.
Clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free parking!! Very quiet. Even the doors close quietly which is a problem at most hotels. I'll be back for sure!!!
Love all the accessibility details to make the room wonderful for people with mobility issues!
Unique, contemporary decor inside & out. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast options & hours. Convenient complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner that smelled like liquid sunshine.
Lyniah at check was very pleasant and efficient.
Location was good, staff was very friendly . I would try to upgrade the breakfast up a couple of notches
The staff was awesome, the room was very clean and comfortable.
The staff were very nice and helpful
The property itself was fine. Fairly new and clean, just very bare bones, no carpet in rooms or microwaves.
Super helpful and pleasant staff at all hours. Good location.
Lobby was great all kinds of chairs-desks diffrent designs. not many food choices in walking distance. Convenient to cleveland clinic I stayed here night before a procedure I was to have done instead of fighting Cleveland morning traffic the day of test.
The employees are nice, but the hotel needs to do a better job of cleaning the common lobby areas. The lobby floor was filthy and looked to not have been mopped for quite some time. The room was clean, but the hallways were also dirty.
The best thing about this hotel was the staff, who were all tremendously helpful and friendly. The location is great, close to everything in town. Rooms were well maintained, but our room was really small. We could barely move around the beds, and with 3 of us, it felt cramped. Also the workspace in the room was right near the air conditioner. Difficult to work there. The one standout negative was the breakfast, which was really bad. On the other hand, the coffee provided was surprisingly good, and the fact that it was available 24 hours was great. Overall, it's a pretty good spot for the price.
Price was too high for small room with no furniture.
