I recently stayed here while in town to watch the Cleveland Cavaliers vs. New York Knicks game with my brother and my son, and unfortunately our experience was terrible. When we got back from the game late at night, our room key would not work. We went downstairs and no one was at the front desk for about 20 minutes. When someone finally showed up (I believe his name was John), he tried for almost an hour to get our door open and was unsuccessful. He had to call multiple people for help, and in the end, we still couldn’t get into our room. They gave us another room for the night, but all of our belongings were locked inside the original room. That was extremely inconvenient and frustrating after a long night. We were told maintenance would fix it at 7:30 AM, but no one notified us when the room was ready. I had to go downstairs myself to ask for an update before we were finally able to retrieve our belongings. Because of this situation, I had to miss work the next day. I asked for a refund or at least a discount due to the horrible experience. I was told I had to wait for management at 10 AM, but I couldn’t because I had to leave for work. They took my number and said they would call me when management arrived and no one ever did. Very disappointing experience. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked this hotel through Expedia and fully prepaid. Before arrival, I received an email recommending the app for contactless check-in and a digital key. Because I was traveling alone with my children and my friend was also alone with hers, we selected connecting rooms in advance through the app so we could help each other with childcare. When we arrived around 6:00 PM, well after check-in time, our digital key was still not ready. We were then told that the room I had selected had not been cleaned and was unavailable. We were assigned a different room that was not connected to my friend’s room, which made caring for our children much more difficult. After returning home, I discovered that although I had fully prepaid through Expedia, the hotel charged my credit card again for the room rate in addition to the security deposit, resulting in a duplicate charge. When I contacted Hilton, I was told to contact Expedia, which was very frustrating. Overall, the failed check-in process, room issue, and billing error caused significant inconvenience and stress. I hope the hotel improves its room readiness and billing accuracy.

The breakfast was made and brought out even though the pancake maker was on the counter. The pancake was cold and hard, either they were frozen, or they werea day old. The sausage was so hard you couldn't bite ito it.the fruit wasn't fresh, bannana was brown and apples bruised...the coffee was so hot it so hot that even with the cuff on the cup you couldn't hold on to it ..., and breakfast was only there until 9:30 am...it was very disappointing
