When going to Cleveland Clinic often you need a place to call home. We love the atmosphere, the FREE parking and great Breakfast they offer. And it is very close to the Clinic!
The Lobby is colorful and inviting.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was average. The heater was loud and the layout of the room was pretty bad. I ran my leg into the corner of the bed about 4x due to the way they have the desk and chair so close to the end of the bed. Breakfast was good.

There was no hot water in the room, and when calling down to the desk, there was no answer; call was forwarded to the main Hilton number for reservations. The shower had mildew, the lights had rust spots, and the AC/heat unit on the wall was full of dust. Not well maintained. Would not recommend.

I only had a bagel to go, which was typical hotel quality. The staff at reception desk were nice enough. The room had a small frig but no microwave or coffee maker. Probably because both were in the lobby, but when I want to reheat my leftovers, I did not want to get dressed and go there. The beds were so lumpy I felt like I was in a boat at sea, rocking back and forth. The market was well stocked. Overall a 3 star place.

Tru is a really nice place to stay, I travelled solo and had no problems. The customer service was great and attentive and the breakfast was nice. Definitely recommend!!

Bed felt like it was uneven. Got stuck in elevator. TV didn’t work one evening so the breaker had to be reset. Laundry room was dirty. Only clean rooms every other day, but they missed my room, so after 3 days the garbage was overflowing. When I arrived, there was only one bath towel so I called down to ask for more. Said they would be right up. An hour later, I finally went down to the desk to get them. Breakfast was ok, but the scrambled eggs were a bit watery. Visiting area in the lobby was very nice. Parking lot needed plowed. I definitely won’t go back there again and will never recommend it.

Parking was easy. Not a good part of town. Breakfast was all automated or in packages. Nothing fresh. Limited to watery oatmeal automatic pancake and automatic toaster for bagels. I didn’t have eggs but they looked ok. Bacon was fair. There was fresh bananas and apples or oranges. Guess it was all ok.
