ROOMS: The rooms were NOT good. Broken black-out roller shade. BLOOD on the comforter. Mattress was VERY thin - I could feel the springs! Felt like I was sleeping on an old pull-out sofa. STAFF: (Felicia) was very nice and professional. BREAKFAST: Coffee was OK, breakfast was picked over. PARKING: Parking was easy but did not feel secure. Area did not seem safe. I will not stay here again. I expected more for a Hilton property.

When going to Cleveland Clinic often you need a place to call home. We love the atmosphere, the FREE parking and great Breakfast they offer. And it is very close to the Clinic!

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was average. The heater was loud and the layout of the room was pretty bad. I ran my leg into the corner of the bed about 4x due to the way they have the desk and chair so close to the end of the bed. Breakfast was good.
