Beautiful hotel, clean comfy rooms.very nice staff. We had a two queen bed room with microwave, mini fridge, large clean walk in shower. Breakfast buffet was amazing and plentiful. I will stay here when in Columbus moving forward.

The check in personnel failed to tell us about the evening appetizer hour. My husband goes to bed early so was asleep by the time I went to bed. The bed nearest the door in room 203 shook the entire night. Uncertain if the vibration came from housekeeping next door or a fan from the room below however I was unable to sleep. Then a truck sucked product from 4:50 am until 5:20 am from the Panara next door waking my husband who was then unable to get back to sleep. When we told the desk personnel the next morning she was unconcerned. We had planned to stay several more times for business but now plan to stay elsewhere since our concerns were not addressed.
