It was a great hotel. The only issue was our room keycards stopped working a hour and a half before check out time. So after loading our vehicle we couldn’t get back in, we had to walk around the building to the front.

We have a large family! 5 kids - 9, 6, 4, 2, and 1. This is the first trip we’ve taken everyone so I was a little stressed. We picked the PERFECT place to stay. The suite was a perfect size. Hotel was VERY clean and the staff was super friendly - the housekeeping staff, the staff at breakfast and happy hour. But the best was- I believe he was a manager- Saturday night (I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name) There was some parking confusion with a large party and nowhere to park when we were coming back from a cheer competition downtown at almost 10pm. The manager came out and moved his own car for us to park in his space. I was very appreciative! The location is perfectly placed a short distance from downtown and Easton Town Center - both places we were visiting.

The staff was pleasant and the property was clean. The full complimentary breakfast offered in the morning was great and the people running it were kind and helpful.

The room was very nice and clean. Staff was welcoming. Would stay again

When I checked into the hotel I didn’t have the correct name at that time. I didn’t realize my name change from my recent marriage hadn’t been changed in Orbitz when I booked my room. The guy who checked me in was not understanding and refused to help me any further to sort out the mistake. He didn’t want to hear my confirmation information nor did he want to see the info that I had from orbitz site. He told me to call orbitz and figured it out because the hotel was booked and he couldn’t help me. I realize it was my mistake and I owned up to that but his customer service was terrible. I felt belittled because he raised his voice and me and cut me off every time I tried to explain my situation. I was alone at the desk with my son standing behind me a bit but because of the way he spoke to me, my son came up to me to ask if everything was ok. I reported the situation later to another customer service rep because my husband insisted and I have another number to call to speak to GM. There were other customers that complained and traded stories with me about the guy that same day. He was not a nice person at all

We’ve stayed here dozens of times for the convenience of the airport. The check in staff is not friendly or welcoming. The restaurant disappoints ea h time we eat here. A $35 filet in Ohio should not look and taste like a Salzbury steak frozen dinner. (Gravy covered filet) Our room was just half way remodeled and left dirty with little supplies. Shower sprayed all over the bath tiles causing safety issues. When these were discussed with the front desk, they simply relied “ok, I’ll let someone’s know “.

The shower is an ADA designed shower that lets the water flow onto the entire bathroom floor. The edge of the shower needs a slight slope up then down to allow for wheelchair accessibility but still contains the water. Ended up using all of the towels to mop the floor.

We loved our stay! I was traveling with my 4 kids and myself. Our room was spacious and was very nicely decorated, including comfortable furniture. The breakfast was delicious and there was an abundance of options available. The only problem I had was housekeeping knocking at 830 am.

Checked in after 11pm - room was extremely noisy (like it was raining heavily within the room). Recorded the sound, staff moved us to another room after 3pm the next day. Next 2 nights were quiet.

I planned to arrive during early morning hours (1am) from the West Coast, so I called ahead to find out about shuttle service. I was told there was none and I would need to pay for a cab. My plane arrived late and after paying the cab I was told in hostile tones by the night clerk that I had made a mistake and the cabbie was to come in and get paid. She snapped off $13 to pay me back (tip was on me), told me to be sure to tell her what I took from the convenience store, never smiled or made eye contact. At 7:45am housekeeping pounded on the door and tried to force their way in. I yelled at them to go away as I was sleeping. At 8:45 they did it again, despite a Do Not Disturb sign. Breakfast was great and the daytime staff very pleasant. For over $200 night, I expect better.

After a day of canceled flights and hours if driving, it was nice to come to an exceptional hotel. The staff was wonderful and I had a relaxing stay.

Hotel and staff were great, my issue is with guest being noisy and slamming doors, which is a problem more so since walls are not insulated. King size bed seemed a little small compared to ours I am 6'3 so I can tell. Didn't sleep well at all, it's a shame because it is a nice hotel with great restaurant. Myself I wouldn't stay again

Its was the worst night ever we start our night try grab something to drink and light snacks before going out for dinner. We come down to the lobby and the was very long there's only one person assisting all the drinks order and the kids their in the same line because they dont have a separate drink station for them.And came back from dinner we gonna try to go to hot tub but there's 2 cop car outside and cops questioning people in the lobby. We end up staying in our room like a captive. Good thing we don't have the kids with us that would be worst week end for them too.It supposed to be a relaxing week end after traveling a long and exhausting 28hours flight. .

After day at King's Island very great place. Back from the road with little noise. No noise from other guests in the hotel. Great breakfast with hot food, sausage. Hot water, coffee in different strengths and decaf coffee. Free office. Able to print small items for free. Washer and dryer on first floor 2.00$ and pool to 5 feet. Need key for entrance after hours. Greater's Ice Cream within walking distance down the street. Free internet, just put in room number and name.
