Very nice room. Loved the size of the king bed suite. Was very noisy at first upstairs (we were on the 4th floor) but overall it was really nice.

Our suite had a great layout. But the door to the pool was broken.
The room is very big and spacious. The bar in the lobby served good healthy drinks. The breakfast was amazing. I do wish the indoor pool was bigger but that’s a minor non issue
I enjoy the breakfast buffet. The free drinks and appetizers are a really nice touch.
Cancelled the room due to the room not being ready when i cbeckd in and now thier are telling me i cant get a refund when i didnt even step into the damn room. Embassy suites airport is a rip off
Overall just great. Late check in was easy. Staff was great. Maybe the sausage at breakfast was a bit, less tasty than the bacon... but it was a solid 9 out of 10 overall hotel experience.

the bed was too hard the air conditioner didn't work in my room nor did the phones. This was a non-smoking hotel but ther third floor had a smoke fest. There were cigarette butts in the hallway people sleeping in the hallway Saturday night was a complete zoo

It was a great hotel. The only issue was our room keycards stopped working a hour and a half before check out time. So after loading our vehicle we couldn’t get back in, we had to walk around the building to the front.
We have a large family! 5 kids - 9, 6, 4, 2, and 1. This is the first trip we’ve taken everyone so I was a little stressed. We picked the PERFECT place to stay. The suite was a perfect size. Hotel was VERY clean and the staff was super friendly - the housekeeping staff, the staff at breakfast and happy hour. But the best was- I believe he was a manager- Saturday night (I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name) There was some parking confusion with a large party and nowhere to park when we were coming back from a cheer competition downtown at almost 10pm. The manager came out and moved his own car for us to park in his space. I was very appreciative! The location is perfectly placed a short distance from downtown and Easton Town Center - both places we were visiting.
The staff was pleasant and the property was clean. The full complimentary breakfast offered in the morning was great and the people running it were kind and helpful.
