There was no hot water and AC was broken during our stay. Staff was very unresponsive and not proactive about these issues. The terrible conditions and facilities of this hotel caused severe inconveniences during our trip. Front desk said we would be eligible for a discount and there was no follow up, and when I called the hotel they kept transferring me to a busy line that did not call me back. Highly disappointed.

The room was hit whe we got even though thermostat set at 65 We turned down to!60 and did not make a difference We shut off and turned on again to try to reset still did not cool room.
