If they want to continue charging Westin prices, they will need to upgrade the property to Westin standards. They had one of the worst bed's I've ever laid my body down on It wasn't anywhere near an upscale Hotel.

It was a the worst hotel I've stayed in!!! No room service, no laundry service Arrival Day: Elevators were not working properly, my room had crumbs on the chair, leaves and candy wrapper on the floor. Sheets and pillows were extremely rough and uncomfortable. 2nd Day - Room was never made up, garage system wasn't working causing us to be late for a client meeting (we were stuck in the garage) 3rd Day - Room still was half made up - covers and pillows tossed over the bed, not cleaned, didn't empty garbage, found hair in the bathtub, no coffee or water replenished, so needed to go downstairs for coffee - credit card machine was broken (cash only). There was other things too, but frankly it was such a disaster I can't even recall all of it. Disaster! I don't think I'll stay at a Westin ever again. So sad to see what was once a preferred place to stay erode into a one-star motel.

I have stayed at the Westin several times and has always been an enjoyable experience. Even though there was some construction inside there was no inconvenience.

Right in middle of downtown, so much to do within walking distance

The hotel was conveniently located downtown. However, the rooms were not clean. There were clothes left behind in the top drawer of the dresser which tells me that the cleaning is bare minimum. There were stains on the bedding and also the carpet. My child woke up the next morning with pink eye.

The property was okay. The bed covering was visibly stained and dirty, charge for wifi almost unheard of these days.

All amenities closed due to Covid. Parking was a disaster. Had to pay everytime you left. Location of the hotel was awful. We literally checked out a few hours after our arrival and just drove home. Would not recommend. Waste of $150.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the downtown location of the hotel.

Everything was ok just need to update the tv , and you have to pay for WiFi !!! I’ve never been to a hotel where you have to pay for WiFi and parking very money hungry!!!

Good clean room, center downtown, good parking. Prices is good too. I recommend.
