The hotel, staff, restaurants, and even the parking were first rate. We loved it; the front desk staff and the staff at the restaurant were so nice and accommodating. We absolutely loved the view of the lakeshore, channel, Browns stadium, and the lakeside airport. We can not wait to return to Cleveland and we will definitely stay at the Hilton!

The hotel is centrally located, clean and up to date! The room was fabulous with a view of the lake and mall A for the Cleveland Marathon. Elevators were fast, staff was friendly and room was very clean. Will stay here again.
