The hotel, staff, restaurants, and even the parking were first rate. We loved it; the front desk staff and the staff at the restaurant were so nice and accommodating. We absolutely loved the view of the lakeshore, channel, Browns stadium, and the lakeside airport. We can not wait to return to Cleveland and we will definitely stay at the Hilton!

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I stay at the downtown with a gang of Browns fans every year - multiple rooms, multiple nights. This time, breakfast on Sunday morning was awful. We paid $40 a head for the buffet, which was never as good as the David's at the nearby Marriott but it used to be OK. So we have had the buffet before. For breakfast I like to eat yogurt, fruit, and granola, for health reasons. Your buffet had NONE of these things. It had eggs and heavy greasy stuff like potatoes, sausages, and ground up meat. I ate some mediocre scrambled eggs and left in a bad mood. We are looking for a new breakfast, and maybe a new hotel, for next year.

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was delicious, and the accommodations were wonderful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay when catching a Guardians game! An easy walk to the stadium. And you have to check out the bar on the 32nd floor, what a view!

It was a great place unfortunately a little loud since there was a massive Indian wedding there but good vibes.
