The property is right downtown and walkable to all the restaurant areas. The room was clean and comfortable.
Once in our room we didn’t have enough towels and no toilet paper. The handle on the bathroom door was broken. Everything was handled within a half hour, however it should have been done before arrival. We were there for a convention. A lack of staff made it difficult to order food. The price of coffee in the Noshery changed all the time and on Sunday they had limited food available in the refrigerated section. Our waitress was very disturbed to take our order at Elliott Ness. Not friendly at all. We seemed to be an inconvenience to her. She never came backnto check on us or take another drink order for us. We had asked another for silverware after staring at our plates for a few minutes. She disappeared and never showed so i went to the bar and asked for the table. Wishing our stay was better.

Took forever to get your car when we did valet parking… there was an event going on… so I would not recommend valet parking if the is a competition at the convention center…. Also there needs to be a note somewhere that Hilton will hold a $100 on your card for 5 business days… as a single income family that would have been very nice to know ahead of time. The hotel was beautiful and we had a nice stay. Just make sure you self park if you are there for an event

new and modern. Rooms should be cleaned better. Restaurant facilities were not adequate especially in area without many evening dining options. I'm guessing it is a staffing issue. We came back to hotel around 4pm to have a drink and sit outside on Burham's patio and play some cards with our kids before dinner, but it was closed. Too bad.
The cost of snacks was a little over the top. Cleanliness of the hotel was amazing!
I like the two bars on site and the location. Room was extremely clean as was the overall hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The view was fantastic. The cleanliness and condition of the room could use some improvement.

I loved the view of the city at night. And I loved being high up. I just think the view of the lake could’ve been better. And the room was much smaller and older than shown in the photos. It was still a good night though.

Thank you for sharing your observations & reflecting on your stay. We apologize for the condition of the bathroom upon arrival & oversight, yet are pleased to hear this was addressed promptly. The coffee price in the store should not have fluctuated, but there are different prices depending on the drink (latte, drip, espresso, etc). Additionally, we are sorry to hear about your serving experience at Eliot's Bar. Might there be a time we could discuss your stay in greater detail?
