gangs have moved into Easton. 15 cars was broken into in this hotel parking lot the weekend we stayed there. The cops said there are around 100 cars broken into per week in Easton. This place is so unsafe!!!

I loved this hotel just a little disappointed. My mother, sister, and I were staying here for the night for a girls weekend. When we went into our room it was nice until one of us went to the bathroom and it was making this loud noise everytime you would flush. Them when you would turn on the sink it would make a really loud noise. We to the staff and they came to fix the chain on the toilet because that was completely broke but didn’t fix anything else. It was annoying staying in our room and just very disappointing. I would like to go back but not if that is happening.

Although we liked the area for shopping, the siren's in the parking lot were an irritant. We were there celebrating oir honeymoon. Our "suite" was more like typical room. The carpeting was obviously stained to the point of distraction. For the nightly rate, one would think the suites were better taken care of. The staff was kind and friendly when we encountered them.

Watch! We were charged twice for one night!

I booked this for me and my husband to enjoy for my birthday weekend. We paid in full through Hotels.com but we were charged again when we checked out. I called 3x and spoke to Katie at the front desk. She confirmed we were double charged and Thai would be corrected. The credit would take 3-5 days. I called again because there was no credit and told it would be given to a manager and I would receive a call later that day. No call was received. I called again and was given a woman in accounting. It has been almost 2 weeks and the issue is still not resolved. We enjoy Hilton but this stay, our room was hot. We were going to stay again this weekend but this whole situation and lack of desire to resolve it has put a bad taste in our mouth.

Decent room, but I wish we did not have an adjoining door to our neighbors where we could hear each others conversations a little too well. The indoor pool was a nice feature in the cold weather, however it was very messy and chaotic with unsupervised children.

We won’t be back

We had such high hopes for this trip as my sister and I stayed in this hotel last year for my 40th and had a blast. Nearly magical! This year left MUCH to be desired. We moved rooms twice and settled for the third simply because we were tired of moving. The first room had no hot water, no filled amenities (conditioner, etc) and stickiness all over the tables. The second room also had no hot water. We both noticed that neither room seemed clean and looked old. The third room had a towel with blood spots and also looked grossly unclean. I paid for a view of Easton but was moved to a room without a view, pricing not able to be adjusted due to booking with hotels.com instead of directly with the hotel. We went to tjmaxx and bought pillows because the bed ones were awful. We did not sleep. We were offered free breakfast for the “inconvenience” and the woman server made us feel like a huge bother for asking to take our food back to our room. We will not be back. The only saving grace of this hotel was the delightful concierge doorman working the evenings of Dec 26-27. He was wonderful and should get a raise.

The property has motion sensors in the parking lot that screech all night long. The pipes bang. The room was a sauna with moisture dripping off the walls. Booked a family of four into one king with no pullout. Poor experience for the price.
