There were a slew of problem details. Any one would be no big deal. But together show an unengaged management. So here goes: no usb slots anywhere (would have been fine in 2010 but not now). no Do Not Disturb door sign so I was disturbed multiple times in the AM. the temp when I entered the room was set at 63, so I had to put on the heat (in August!) to warm up the room. and no writing paper or pen in the room.
