GREAT STAFF.....COURTEOUS.....AWESOME ROOM....WAS TREATED PERFECTLY WELL.....THERE S A MEXICAN RESTAURANT JUST ACROSS FROM THIS LOCATION....OMG DON T MISS OUT ON IT EITHER.

This is a convenient hotel with large, fairly comfortable rooms and WSJ papers in addition to ubiqutous USA Today. The facility is looking a little worn-out but staff is friendly and rates are good.

I have asthma and I'm sensitive to perfumes. This hotel pumps in perfume into the lobby. It is a cloying, overwhelming smell. I literally had to run out of the lobby every time I passed through it, the smell of perfume clinging to my clothes. It was horrible. The rooms are nice, the staff is nice, the hotel would be great if it were not for the fact that this perfume in the lobby made it a horrible experience for me. I will never go back.

It is good for what we needed, nice enough but could use updates to the facilities in general. The service matched the price.

Last minute changes to our travel plans required finding a nice, reasonably priced hotel for one night. We found it at Hyatt Place. Very courteous staff checked us in and we were happy with the room.

My daughter and I had a great girls weekend and this hotel treated her like a princess!

Great customer service. Really enjoyed the stay and was very quiet. The only downside was that the bed was a bit too uncomfortable for me. All in all, I would return again!

Not a value worthy stay overall. Paid about $120 for one night stay. The road nearby was under construction. Quite inconvenient.

I was in town for a Fred Astaire Dance Studio Staff Seminar at one of our 10 locations in Ohio. I was very pleased with my overall stay and it was conveniently located near the studio's location. There are also so many great restaurants around within walking distance

Great room with plenty of space to relax in front of a large flat screen on a couch and a generous area to work at a desk.

IF you are in the Columbus area, this is a great place to stay, friendly staff, great hot breakfast, wonderful rooms. Only problem was the construction on the roads to get there!

Loved the hotel, but was surprised to have a handicapped room. Didn't request that and couldn't change it. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The lobby seemed a bit chaotic, but overall I like the hotel.

This hotel met all expectations and then some. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice.

My wife and I were in Columbus for our son's college orientation, we wanted a hotel near Columbus at a reasonable price with good amenities. This hotel was very comfortable, the sectional in the room was great for relaxing, the pillows on the sofa could use a cleaning. The location was great near to the highway, stores, restaurants and gas station, safe!

The interior design of the hotel and rooms is chic, warm, sophisticated and original. The bed and pillows were fairly comfortable. The room was clean. The staff is professional, outgoing and friendly. My only concern, and surprise was that the bathroom was a bit worn (paint was chipped) and needed as sleek a look as the main area (floor tiles looked old and out-dated, as well as over-all look of the bathroom area). Some problems with the t.v. reception as well.

The carpet was dirty and the drains were very slow. The pool had a malfunction and turned green while we were there. The manager did credit our bill for that night since we couldn't swim. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good but it needs some maintenance work.

I thought the hotel was adequate. Nothing special. A bit tired (not as clean a I would like). And not very up to date. Internet very slow. Unfortunately there was a youth baseball tournament nearby, so about a 100 young excited teenagers made for a noisy 3 night stay.

The hotel was nice and family friendly. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. My only complaint was that the free breakfast in the morning had very limited selections. The hotel was quiet and close to everything we needed.

Great morning breakfast. Fruits, cereal, English muffin, Bagels, Many juices. Excellent continental breakfast.

Thanks very much for your review and feedback. Please know that we'll be undergoing a very extensive and complete renovation beginning in November and going through February which should update the facility in a very positive way. Thanks again for your feedback and patronage.
