We stay in a lot of hotels as we travel a lot. In surface the nailed it. was great room and comfy bed. But it’s details that complete the experience. Shower heads are cheap. The tray in shower in wrong spot. Their breakfast buffet while not really expensive but was same offering that almost every hotel even bottom of barrel includes in overnight accommodations. They want $15 per person (Expedia offered as add on for $27 btw). To many amazing places to eat in area for same price or less for way better food. So glad we looked before paying for It’s a nicer looking version of a basic hotel with less included. We come to area often and not likely we would choose again if other options available. We slept great.

This was a very nice hotel, especially for the price. The staff were excellent and definitely made you feel welcome. Really my only complaint is there were stains on the carpet. Even on the hallway carpet. I get it’s an animal friendly hotel but you’d think they would get their carpets cleaned. Our room wasn’t the cleanest either but we were only there one night so it was fine. Floors needs cleaned, shower needed cleaned better. It was nice having a restaurant at the restaurant, but I will say the breakfast was definitely not worth $15 a person. Save your money and go out somewhere for breakfast. Overall it was an average stay. We would probably go back, but stains give me the ick lol

The hotel lobby looked nice and clean. Fence and sign saying not reaponsible if your car gets broken into had me a little leary. I had the king bedroom with separate living room area. Multiple stains on the carpet and a few dirty spots on walls or shades. The toilet made a terrible noise when flushing. But the kicker was the hot water...shower was running 10 minutes and barely got luke warm. Same in the sink. I called the front desk finally to complain and right about then it FINALLY got hot. Showerhead was loose from the wall too.

Hotel staff is super friendly. I chose this hotel thinking I could sit by the pool with a drink in my down time but bar didnt open till 5pm. Hotel has great amenities if you have children, I felt it needed a bit of a updating specially the bathrooms. . My shower had rust and mild inside the hotel hallwayshad riped carpet. I would personally not stay her again.

Really liked this properly. Check-in staff were very polite and efficient. The rooms were clean and the shower was excellent. However, I dont understand why they only have 2 elevators given the size of the property. Also no service elevator for staff. Will definitely stay again!

I was happy with employee with a broken toe. Since I was also in a boot for my broken bone, we bonded right away. Later when I asked another employee about my BonVoy membership, she was a bit impatient. There were no other customers near but she overtook the conversation from the French speaking employee. The room was nice. All the linens and towels were fresh.the room looked clean. We would stay there again.
We had a wonderful breakfast and the male waiter was very attentive. The ladies were nice too refilling our coffee cups.
