The hotel was fine. No issues while staying there. Staff was friendly. We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to shower and sleep. Worked out for us and price was fair.

Would never recommend this Hotel to anybody The elevator shook so bad. I thought it was going to break down on us if not, let’s get stuck. The customer service skills there was atrocious. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel with better customer service clean rooms elevators updated. They add on extra fees, even if you’ve already prepaid for your room and then they try to keep your money and not return it.

The TV in our room was grainy until it warmed up and it took forever for it to come on. The biggest problem was since when do you have to put a $100 deposit down until you turn in your key?!

We asked to get our sheets changed, they only made the beds and did not change anything. We know this because there was a spot on one of the blankets and it was still there after we came back. Other than that it was nice.

First thing in room was trash from previous person. Refrigerator froze my stuff on 1. Dirty. Bad smell in room. Missing knobs on furniture. Bathroom sink didn't drain, toilet had to be flushed 2x to flush. No bible . No do not disturb signs. Told front desk no service, housekeeping went in anyway. Will never stay again!

So we arrived on Friday September 5th and when we arrived to the hotel they gave us a smoking room it’s smelled soo bad, I went to the counter and they gave me another room, hotel is not updated bathroom tub is clogged, at the new room 501, we had someone knocking at 1am for about 15mins, I the next day went to the desk and they said they would be in the look out, I believe this hotel is also a shelter of some sort because they even had ppl with big containers with cloths in them, 25 packs of water heading to a room. I don’t recommend.
