I understand it's an old hotel just acquired by Wyndham. However, the cleanlinesss, smell and decor is a lot to be desired. Needs a facelift even just color on walls- it felt like a motel rather than a 3 star hotel

Insanely outdated and grungy. The mattress was so old and misshapen that the sheets kept coming off the bed. You had to flush the toilet 3 times for it to actually flush. Their was hair all over the bed, floor, and shower when we got there. Really dirty and gross. I didn't have a choice and had to stay, so I bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned everything. Now I'm going to sanitize everything when I get home

Overall it’s a nice place to stay. Room was nice. Comfortable bed. Very quiet. Nice area just nice of Columbus. Breakfast buffet is an additional charge but not a deal breaker for me. Somewhat dated but it was clean and I saw staff actively cleaning throughout my stay. Charged a $50 incidental fee at check-in which I did not appreciate. Expect a refund but was not happy with the charge…asking for a card is one thing but not happy with the charge. That aside I would stay again

You could tell the hotel was under renovations because there was no sign outside or inside the place. It looked really dark & dull. The hotel rooms didn’t numbers on the outside of them, including mine
