It was a okay stay. We stayed for 2 nights. Disappointed in the fact that the room only had 2 towels. But other than that it was a good stay.

Did not clean our room or bring clean towels. Found change laying under the desk in our room when we first went in room, so made us feel like it hadn’t been cleaned well.

The hotel was a bit outdated and needed some work. That being said tge staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It was rather loud.
Older property could use a face lift. Their room bed description is deceiving. They show a picture of 2 beds as a double but in reality the room has only 1 bed. I got it changed & the staff said this happens all the time but they don’t change it…there are other options in the area.
The Hilton corporation has forgotten about this hotel. The property is a mess. The hallways are not clean. My room had odd stains on the headboard and side table. Doubletree’s used to be nice mid range hotels. My hope is that they have not forgotten their other properties. The staff was so helpful. As a corporation, they are letting them down by not holding this property accountable to the Hilton standard.
Pool was freezing, hot tub luke warm, elevator painfully slow.
Average stay. Nothing was extaordinary. I would give it a lower score because of the barking dog. They have a pet friendly policy that needs to be revised or eliminated. A barking dog after midnight is not acceptable.
Great place to stay for the evening.
The room wasn’t cleaned well. Goldfish was on the floor. The gym had machines and other equipment broken.
Housekeeping didn’t visit our room one time during visit. The faucet in the shower got stuck. No towel replacement. The mini-fridge froze our food solid. No channel guide on TV. Service was bare minimum
