We stayed in the corner king suite with an adjoining double room. We brought our dogs and had 3 adults. We had plenty of room obviously with 2 rooms, we opened the adjoining doors and made one huge area. If we only had 2 adults and dogs the king suit would have been plenty. Loved the corner room, we would definitely do this choice again. Great views. Our rooms were clean and up to date. All clean bedding and bath towels. We did not park in the side parking lot that everyone complains about. Our SUV was too big. You can park in the parking garage across the street diagonal from hotel/park area. Which is 24hr security. The negative reviews on this hotel are just plain stupid. I feel people complain about dumb items. And try to make it seem worse than what it really is. This hotel is situated great for area. Walking distance for a lot of things. Great for dogs. Very pet friendly with a park out the front door. Easy access.

I usually opt for Westins. This one was not good. The person who checked us in clearly did not want to help us at all. Our room definitely seemed like a very rushing cleaning. There were long black hairs all over. (We both have short hair) There was trash in the room and the room was VERY stuffy

This is a historic building. So I really appreciated the history behind it. Kind of like stepping back in time. The room I stayed in was nice, with a king size bed. Unfortunately, the mattress on one side was completely sunken in. It needed to be replaced. Essentially, you could not sleep in the middle as you would literally roll down into the bad side of the mattress. When I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk when I was checking out, she never apologized or showed any empathy. She turned to the side and started writing the issue in a log next to her. I told her I even had pictures to show. She briefly looked at them and said NOTHING. I was shocked that this woman in a customer service roll, did not have any decency or respect to even apologize. That's all I was looking for. I was not looking for a discount or anything. Just an apology. And she couldn't give that. Westin - You need to seriously spend some time and properly train your front desk on good customer service. I will NOT be staying at this hotel again.

Dated, grubby, worn. Building is 125 years old and carpet and rooms look like it. Requested 3 times to have A/C fixed in room. No luck. Hot, stuffy, no options. "Sold out". Go somewhere else.

Our King size bed room was tiny, barely any room to walk. Bathroom was as small as a closet. There was dry ketchup all over the complimentary water bottles in our room. The in hotel restaurant is super over priced and average food. I was very excited about spending the extra money to book here, but was left with the bare minimum amenities and service. Unfortunately would not recommend.

Booked this room for an easy overnight stay as my twelve year old and I would be attending a concert nearby at Nationwide Arena - upon our arrival there was no clear “guidance” on the parking situation, I still left unsure if I was even able to park where I was or if I just got lucky - check in was quick & painless which I’m grateful for - however on our way up to our room, I noticed the incredibly disgusting elevator doors that looks like they haven’t been cleaned in years - the common areas were outdated looking but were clean thankfully! Upon entry of our room I was very disappointed in the size, there was barely enough room to navigate around my twelve year old without constantly bumping into her not to mention the ginormous tv that is in the most inconvenient spot, I also found trash under the bed, including a document someone left regarding removal of a deceased body - that was creepy! so it’s clear after the last persons stay, whoever cleaned that room didn’t bother to take care of under the bed so it makes you wonder what else was missed - I’m pretty easy going and there’s not much that can run me off and believe me I’ve stayed at worse places, however given the price paid, I would of had a better stay at a motel 8

This Westin was a name that I trusted to be best in class with comfort and service. I was let down. The valet attendants took ten additional minutes every time I requested my car. When I arrived back at the hotel, the valley attendants were always in the back room and never in sight. My room was outdated. The telephone did not work. The bathtub had a drainage issue where the water would not drain and the room service stopped at 11.
