I got in the middle of the night I found roaches crawling around the kitchen when I mentioned to management it’s seem like they didn’t take me seriously for a$100.00 dollar for a room I should be comfortable
No coffee pot in room, bed skirt had spuge on it, was dirty, didn't notice till we were putting items in suitcase. Very disappointed, when we were ready to check out no one at front desk to tell

The hotel was very clean and i loved our room. The staff didnt seem the friendliest but didnt have any issues. Breakfast wasnt available due to the virus though.
Property always clean and the staff is super. The handheld in the shower it's great you have when you are staying at a hotel the room is always set at a comfortable temperature.
Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay ,next I will plan to stay with extended stay americano!!!!!!!
Nice hitel that is convenient to everything in North Columbus.
Had to wait for over 5 minutes for anyone to come to lobby/front desk when I arrived for check in. Called the front desk and the phone rang and rang - no one ever answered. In the morning after my shower, realized there wasn’t a blow dryer or coffee maker in room. Called front desk and they said that I’d have to come downstairs to front desk if I wanted a blow dryer or anything else.

Hotel staff was not friendly and never at front desk for assistance. Beds are rock hard. Fridge is very old. Rooms were not restocked before we came into our room. Wifi was horrible and dish kept losing signal. I will not be back.

We stayed at the Extended Stay at Easton for a conference taking place across the street. We had stayed at Extended Stays in the past without incident. On the first night, my wife could not sleep because of itchiness and she felt biting. We checked under the mattress to see if we saw a cause and found black spots (signs of bed bugs) under the fitted sheets were spots and had hair and other stains throughout. We complained to the night manager and she made a note. Since it was 5 AM and we had to be at our conference at 7:30, we left to have breakfast and did not return until around 4:00 PM. When we returned, we spoke to the front office person who did not know what was going on. When we returned to the room it was in the same condition as when we left. We asked for a different room, we inspected the mattress and found more of the same. We tried a third room and there were still signs of bed bugs and even more biological looking matter under the fitted sheets on the mattress. At that point demanded a full refund and left the hotel. We were lucky to find availability at a nearby hotel for the rest of our stay. The staff seemed uncaring and unconcerned and had not even investigated or bothered to change the sheets of the first room. The front office person seemed unsurprised and exhibited annoyance with an attitude of "this happens all the time," It was a terrible experience and I urge to not choose this hotel or at least check the mattress before lying down.
Other than being logistically in a great location logistically, it was disappointing. Weird smells in the hallways and the elevator, weird smells in the room, marks on the wall. Mushy pillows, not much variety of cable channels on the TV (too much ESPN). Free wi-fi is provided. "Continental" breakfast are granola bars, oatmeal packets, individually packaged muffins and coffee. If you want room service, you stay extra or pay extra. $2.00 each for use of washer and dryer in laundry room. The drain stopper in the bathtub didn't work and don't get me started about the low flush toliet. Decent parking, depending on the times and days you stay. It'll do the job if you need a non-smoking place (although I think some clowns are still smoking inside instead of outside) to stay, but would I stay here again? Probably not.
Nice and close to shopping in Easton. Clean, bigger than a normal hotel room, fridge and kitchen sink were huge benefits
