We loved the atention and the personnel!! Food was delicious all day long. The only thing we noticed that is not very good are the pools’floor aren’t in very good condition. Otherwise we loved every minute of it

The hotel as a whole was beautiful but the hotel rooms were not the best, our AC did not work, we asked to get it fixed multiple times, a guy came once and said it would start to work within 30 minutes and it never did. The safe in my room stopped working after I used it three times so I had maintenance manually open it for me. My parents’ room smelled like a wet towel so they requested a room change, their new room was better but the lamps had mold on them. The food tasted awful, not enough seasoning and sometimes the food was undercooked.
