We had been traveling a lot. Holidays inn supposed to be same standard as good and clean as franchise hotel. Very honestly, Columbus downtown capital square is the worst in all my life I bring my child yo attend chess tournaments I have to book Hilton for the rest of the days. I’m glad to leave this holiday inn asap 1. Since our flight is late flight, after checkin No one pick up calls front desks and room services. It is inconvenient indeed. 2. Super dirty Bathtub drainer has so much mixed dark hairs not been cleaned up. Fountains has leaking sand rusted stain Other fountains has mucus and food crumbs, totally discussing hotel Wall paper peeling off with ugly yellow glue by window area. 3. No bottle water They sell for $4/ bottle 4. Stated free breakfast buffet But they changed that to order 5. No facial soap bar They say room cleaner steal them What the?! 6. You greeting to cleaning lady She ignore you with her attitude 7. The faucet splashing the water without the filter. Only good thing The bed has newer cover and clean sheets Pillows are newer no smells and white Comforters are comfortable Really honest review Please speak to hotel manager Do not damage this brand Holiday inn supposed to be a quality hotel No matter in whichever city. End

The hotel is in a nice location, easy to get in and out of with your vehicle. The hotel inside is clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Our only issue was a clogged shower that filled up as we used it. Overall a good experience.

Great location for walking to the Ohio Theatre to see a show. After check-in, you can just use your keycard to enter the parking lot, park behind the building and then enter through the back door. Room was clean with nice Dove soaps in the bathroom. Heat/Air worked great. Knocking the review down one star because the bed was uncomfortable. Some people enjoy a hard bed, but we like a softer bed with lots of pillows. Didn't get great sleep, but there are still lots of other perks to this hotel!
