everything closed..no restaurant..no coffee..

Everything was clean and nice enjoy my stay thanks

My experience was horrible I was gone all day Saturday for a family reunion and When I returned my room was not cleaned or serviced. When I call down stairs they told me that they were not cleaning my room and it was too late. They brought me clean stuff to do it myself. They didn’t empty the trash either! Just horrible

It was quiet and I appreciated being at the back of the hotel.

There was easy access to the airport and freeways.

The registration desk is in an area of the building that houses conference rooms. Access to guest rooms involves a long walk through a hallway to another part of the building. It's kind of like changing terminals at O'Hare. No pool or jacuzzi. The coffee maker is in the bathroom where flushing a toilet aerosolizes E.Coli. Other than this, the room was very clean.

The staff at this hotel were top notch. Very pleasant, helpful, friendly and just plain nice. We came in for THE GAME which the Buckeyes won, but the greatness of the staff put the trip over the top.

Our front desk person was very helpful and nice (forgot her name... she was there when we arrived on Saturday, Sept 15 at 3:00pm). The hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and comfy. I really liked this hotel.

We have stayed at a few hotels and this is the first time we was not offered a free continental breakfast. I felt the breakfast that you all provided was only if you had an ok on your card to let you in, we felt we were not important enough. We did not get a good night sleep because of the central air was very noisy so it was a bad experience there.
