The staff was wonderful rooms were clean housekeeping was amazing. The restaurant was top-notch the waitress/bartender was amazing as well and friendly.

We visit Columbus frequently and will definitely stay here again.

Propert was fine. Paid for breakfast on Orbitz but was not offered any type of vouchwr or way to use that. There was a shuttle for the airport, but it was not listed on Amenities on Orbitz, so I ended up taking an uber to the property, spending extra money. Breakfast staff was a mixed bag. One employee was very friendly, and the other was rude.

My experience was horrible I was gone all day Saturday for a family reunion and When I returned my room was not cleaned or serviced. When I call down stairs they told me that they were not cleaning my room and it was too late. They brought me clean stuff to do it myself. They didn’t empty the trash either! Just horrible

No housekeeping even upon request. Elevators in need of cleaning up. Property tired. Under staffed and under paid.

the hotel and room were really clean and nice. only negative... the restaurant lounge was not open.

It was quiet and I appreciated being at the back of the hotel.

There was easy access to the airport and freeways.

The registration desk is in an area of the building that houses conference rooms. Access to guest rooms involves a long walk through a hallway to another part of the building. It's kind of like changing terminals at O'Hare. No pool or jacuzzi. The coffee maker is in the bathroom where flushing a toilet aerosolizes E.Coli. Other than this, the room was very clean.
