Staff was amazing. Food was great. Rooms need attention. The thermostat did not work, our room was over 72 degrees the whole time. Beds are absolutely terrible.

We arrived a little before10 pm and they said they didn’t have any rooms ready. We waited until almost midnight to finally get a room. There were several other people waiting as well. I do want to mention that the woman working at the front desk was very nice and was trying her best. She just started her shift and there were multiple issues going on at the same time that she was left to deal with it all by herself. VERY disappointing experience.

The property is attractive and well maintained. The hotel was selected by us due to the airport shuttle and convenient location to the airport. We did not appreciate the shuttle waiting an extra 10 minutes for an airline pilot to show up. He finally arrived and was clearly unconcerned that he had caused a van full of passengers to wait. Is this a common occurrence? The front desk clerk had difficulty understanding that we had reserved two identical rooms.

The hotel was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable but the blankets were paper thin. The heat in the rooms was uncontrollable, it was either blasting heat or we had to turn it off and froze. No in between. The staff was very friendly.
