The listing on Orbitz clearly shows a room with two queen beds and a sofa, and clearly states that free rollaway beds are available. However, I was disappointed to find that my rooms had neither, making it much more difficult for everyone in my party to have a place to sleep.
Hospitality was rude and very disrespectful. We were there 5 days before they clean our room after requesting a room clean daily. This is totally unacceptable. I will not be staying at a Holiday Inn express anymore.
The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing and very friendly me and my family was part of the power outages and we got the room last minute and i must say we're very pleased the area had plenty of places to eat and was all in close range i live not that far i was really amazed at the stay and the room fit 4 adults and 1 toddler 😀 which loved the pool
Pool not open. They charged our card twice and then told us to call orbitz. Rediculous

Hello John, I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. The issue with the pool out of our control and we are extremely sorry. As for the billing issue it you prepaid through the Third party you do have to go through them for the refund. We authorize personal cards for any incidentals which can take 5-10 business days to return after you check out per your banking institution. I would hope you come back and visit us again soon

Hello Richard, I want to thank you for taking the time to complete the survey. I also want to apologize for the treatment you received during your stay. We want each guest to have a pleasant stay and that they have a clean comfortable room. I looked into what had happened and I know you had 2 seperate stays that ran back to back and kept you in the same room. I think that was the confusion is that you were to be a check out but then extended per say. I think that was the confusion where the room didn't get serviced. Services for long stays are requested at check in or before 8am. I did speak to Pam our Assistant General Manager about the situation and she told me you received 2 complimentary nights as compensation for the inconveniences.
