I loved everything

Hotel was run down and filthy. Rooms smelled terrible. No breakfast. Pool and hot tub were closed. Front desk clerk was wonderful but very overwhelmed.

The cleaning ladies were very nice, and did a great job.

Staff was Great and very accommodating!!! Kinda noisy being beside the freeway, but overall very pleasant...Close to food locations and gas stations.

The room reeked of smoke despite being no smoking. They had a very loud party going until after midnight. The staff just shrugged their shoulders and said we are full.

The staff was welcoming and pleasant. We had 2 rooms. 1 was filthy. Bed sheets, snot on a mirror, and smelled like cheap cologne. 2nd room was a little cleaner, but, toilet leaked on the floor, clothes hook on bathroom door fell off when we hung a tshirt, smelled like musty moldy carpet, tape on tv remote with someone's hair stuck on it, and microwave ran but never heated food. Also, the owner decided to let a local have a birthday swim party. Kids everywhere and left water filthy. We couldn't use the pool.

Nothing was unique. It was filthy and run down. The ice makers were broken. The lobby bathroom sink was clogged, two of the three stalls have broken locks and the other was out of order. Another guest in the lobby was yelling about roaches in his room. They were out of coffee cups in the lobby and breakfast service, serving them in plastic cups which burned my fingers. The toilet seat plastic screw and nut was broken on one side in my room, and it took balance not to side off. They were short staffed at check in during the car show weekend, and it took quite a long time to check in. There was Coca-Cola spilled in the phone receiver slot such that trying to use the phone the first time put sticky Coke in my hair. All in all, it was a terrible, dismal experience.

Decline of the hotel conditions since taken over by Norwood. Smaller breakfast, loud people.

VERT poorly maintained. Definately NOT worth the money.

This was a great property for the price! The room and hallways smelled clean (at times like cleaner), the rooms were quiet (except the bathroom) and everything functioned properly. The pool and pool area were okay. Breakfast wasn't bad, but nothing to write home about. I thought is a bit unnecessary for management to argue with someone who wanted to finish her breakfast in her room about not taking food out of the breakfast area - I understand you don't want people wasting food or giving it to a non-guest, but sometimes people need to not be in a crowded room eating first thing in the morning.

It would have been very helpful to know that this property is NOT Norwood anything but is in fact a Comfort Inn.

Dont like the area of where the wall was seemed lik people xcould hide there

Nice queen size beds. Bedding was comfortable. Air worked, fresh smell in room. Staff friendly. Short coming was breakfast, too much like McDonslds eggs and sausage. Good coffee

We came to Columbus for a dog show, traveling with 2 show dogs. Hotel was in a great location for us, lots of restaurants nearby. Their breakfast (included with the room) had a nice, large selection of items. Room was very comfortable, thick towels, good insulation from other rooms, decently priced room. Would highly recommend and will definitely choose Comfort Inn again.

Hotel was not very clean. Room smelled very stale. Air conditioner was very loud. Bathtub did not drain well.

They need a washer and driver for customers. Other than that our stay was great.

Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly, even let me see a room first to decide on waiting for A better room. The pool area was very hot! Too hot, only swam for 1/2 hour one night. Rooms were decent.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for pride weekend. The room was clean, not bad for the price. It was pretty comfortable so I can't complain. A decent overnight stay
