When I arrived nobody was at the front desk. After 15 minutes I called the the number Orbitz provided. The phone was sitting on the front desk and just kept ringing. After 30 minutes another customer went behind the desk to the back room and found the only employee in the facility passed out holding a bottle of Jack Daniels. I called the number for reservations and got someone from corporate on the phone. They asked me what to do. One of the other customers that were waiting finally helped the drunk employee stagger to the front desk. He was able to check us in. It is advisable to stay away from this place.

This was an awesome reprieve while driving cross country. I don’t have any need to visit Columbus again, but if I did, I would come back. The hotel is conveniently located to the interstate as well as so many restaurants and shopping. Bruce at the front desk was great - friendly, informative, and helpful. Offered complimentary waters at check in, upgraded our room, and let us know about to go breakfast bags for the morning (which is an amazing resource during Covid for hotels to better serve guests). The room itself was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and well lit in the parking lot. The only note was the AC in our room was a little noisy during the night turning on and off.

So....a myriad of small “wrongs “ occurred with the largest being that I was given an occupied room. The lobby is remodeled and the rest is NOT. Not yet. But, I want to mention the manger Chris and front desk staff Brad and another gentleman I encountered were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They truly wanted to make everything right and these young guys have a big future in the hospitality industry. I was super impressed with them. So, after the remodel, I will visit them again.

The staff was welcoming and friendly- the facilities were horrible! The room smelled and was in poor condition. The mattress was ripped at the seams and the faucets in the bathroom were lose from the wall. The night we arrived the hotel was down an elevator and by the next night both elevators were broken- we were on the 3rd floor and had to take the stairs coming and going from the property. This would have not been a big deal except we have children and multiple bags because we were in for a soccer tournament. The night clerk was so attentive and said he was going to ask for a refund for our room that night but I haven’t seen that reflected in our account yet.

Didn’t honor my reservation. Had yo ho to another sister location. Was given room across from elevator so the loud sounds of loud customers were almost as annoying as the aircraft arriving ‘ departing all night. Will think twice using Orbitz again if I can not get what I was promised.

This is the place to stay if you want to stay adjacent to the highway in a boring office park surrounded by strip malls.

The road noise in room 208 was significant but the mattress was made of clouds! Kind staff.

Great location and great stay!! Hotel was a very short drive to Polaris shopping center numerous restaurants and bars. Hotel was clean and staff was so friendly and accommodating to us. The room was clean and spacious and was everything that we expected considering the price and Hotel brand.

The staff was welcoming and friendly- the facilities were horrible! The room smelled and was in poor condition. The mattress was ripped at the seams and the faucets in the bathroom were lose from the wall. The night we arrived the hotel was down an elevator and by the next night both elevators were broken- we were on the 3rd floor and had to take the stairs coming and going from the property. This would have not been a big deal except we have children and multiple bags because we were in for a soccer tournament.
