This was my second time staying at Hyatt House and unfortunately I was let down. The bed sheets were dirty had stains on them and even smelled like a old women perfume fragrance. When called to replace them no one came. I left early so I didn’t have to sleep in the bed again but outside of that the staff was cool, very friendly and the location is perfect about 10-15 minutes away from convenience stores and fast food places

Staff were very friendly, the room and facility were spotless, bed was amazing comfortable, pet friendly with a clean attractive pet yard AND located on a stream with a great walking trail to walk your dog. Perfect place!! Also- great breakfast
