They cancelled my reservation and moved me to a different hotel. I was very upset as we picked this hotel because it was in a safe place and walking distance to the venue where my daughter and I were seeing a concert. But when they moved us across town we could no longer walk and I had to pay for parking. The hotel they moved me too was not as nice as the Courtyard was supposed to be. I seemed to have been the only one moved and I was not happy.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel was so clean and had a very nice clean smell. The history of the area is amazing. I will definitely go back!

Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The room was a comfortable size and a great value.

I liked that the pool had a hot tub and the water in the pool wasn’t cold. Also the people that worked at the bistro were very friendly.

Some of the staff were rude and condescending. They told me my Marriott points wouldn’t accrue because I booked through a third party but they did apply.

For breakfast included to the package I had to go back and forth for getting a "green voucher" which was missed upon check in. 2 different types of hair at the bathroom wall from previous customers. Windows are leaking. Non clear valet parking labelling exacerbated with one way roads around.

I didn't put l like the visible repairs on the ceiling in my room but everything was great.

Loved that it was just a block away from our meetings! Nice hotel and friendly staff.

The price was a little high for the room. The room was a generic decent hotel room, but no Netflix available, no free breakfast; all for about $75 more expensive than the residence inn. it was a very clean place with wonderful staff, just not worth the extra money for less amenities.

Went to Columbus for the Ohio State football game. Location was perfect, easy to walk to the event and local areas. Room was not cleaned for multiple days of our stay. This occurred even after informing the front desk of the fact on the 2nd day around 3pm. Returned to room after game at 2am and still not cleaned. On Sunday room again was not cleaned upon returning at 530pm. Had to inform a cleaning staff on the floor of this. They happily started on room right away.

Perfect location to a dynamic downtown! In and Out Valet service was excellent. Workout room was just right, great visit.

Did not have a good night of sleep. Heater was very noisy. It was going on and off the whole night. Noise from the door of next room closing was very loud.

I made this reservation for 6 of our team members who were there for a meeting. Feedback included overwhelming agreement that the beds were terribly uncomfortable and old - permanent impressions where body would be. Also, the hotel was under construction, which we did not know when booking. One of our team members said it sounded like they were working around the clock as the sound of hammers was constant. Final comment was that personnel at front desk were rather rude and there was a bit of confusion about the need for a credit card at check in even though the room had been paid through the online travel service.

I would highly recommend this hotel! Great location, nice sized rooms and very friendly staff. Only bad thing was there isn't an elevator on the main floor to get your cart to your room. I had to walk my luggage up stairs to the floor where the elevators were.

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. We did have a water leak in one of our rooms and were sold out for the night. Unfortunately, someone was not able to stay with us. I apologize for the inconvenience.
