The room itself was just okay—nothing exceptional, but acceptable for a short stay. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the staff’s behavior and lack of basic hospitality. One of the front desk staff members was very rude when discussing breakfast. I was told in an unprofessional manner that because my reservation was made through Expedia, I was not eligible for complimentary breakfast. This was communicated abruptly and without any attempt to explain politely or help find a solution. Housekeeping was another major concern. The cleaning staff showed no interest in cleaning the room, and my bed was not made until I tipped the cleaning lady, which should never be a requirement for basic housekeeping services. This made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed with the level of service. Overall, while the room condition was acceptable, the poor attitude of the staff and lack of standard service significantly affected my stay. I would think twice before staying here again and hope management addresses these service issues

The room was clean, and the staff was fairly courteous. However, be aware that you must climb a set of stairs to get to the main level for the elevator. Therefore, you must unload your belongings onto cart at the valet area and then climb stairs to get to the next floor. This was fairly inconvenient.

Staff was super friendly and nice at check in and out. Room was clean and cozy with plenty of space. Only downside was it had a shared/frosted window to the pool room. You had the light, sounds and smell of the pool right in your room. For our length of stay it was just fine going to the hockey game so we were there after 10pm and gone by 8. Served the perfect purpose with the snow storm.

Clean room, comfortable bed, room is a little bit "landlord special" with all of the paint on things like the metal bathroom door frame (which made it loud and difficult to close). Hotel is also by a bus terminal so expect to here reverse sirens.

The experience didn't meet the description. Parking wasn't a good experience. The hotel was very noisy. And the "full" breakfast description was a joke. A Starbucks item from the most unfriendly workers. Definitely not worth the money to stay here.
