My parents checked in, got their room keys and left, came back later and they gave room away. But the worst part was they walked into their room and people were in there! Unbelievable! This could have ended terribly! Went back to front desk and instead of a room with 2 queen beds, they only had a king room available. Since I booked room and considered local, they put a $150 hold on your card for being local. Well instead of $150 hold they put a $300 hold. The person working front desk had a strong accent making it difficult to understand what he was saying, which only made things more frustrating. Never getting a room here again. My $300 still hasn't been returned to my card. I just hope they don't try to pull something shady and not return the full $300!

The property looked to be updated. However, it was a cheap job. We stayed in a king suite. The difference was the jetted tub from double suites. The tub was falling apart and rusted.

We were very disappointed in this hotel and our stay. The hotel and room was very dated, the kitchen sink smelled terrible. We noticed the sink stopper was in place when we arrived, and upon removing it the smell filler the area. The air conditioning unit had a mind of its own. Didn’t matter what setting, it came on randomly. There was no hot water in the morning, neither of us were able to shower. I stay in hotels very often for work, and this hotel was not worth the money. On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed (King) was very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Bath Room sink was clogged up and would not drain. Notified the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do. No use of sink during our stay. Lobby and pool area was over run by kids.Pool water was all the way into the lobby area making the floor wet and slick. Thru the lobby was the only way to the elevator.

I have 3 kids so we always have to get a suite. Booked a king suite but it was given away. Did get 2 joint rooms for the price of 1. Small breakfast area but good food. No towels at the pool in the evening or morning. No washcloths or blow dryer in room. Parking lot not plowed at least a day after snow. Hotel was clean and beds comfortable.

It was a wonderful stay. This hotel should be rated 4 or 5 star hotel. Staff there are just awesome ppl!

The staff was awesome ppl. Very good hotel and they make you feel right at home!!! This should be a five star hotel!!!!!!!!!!

The room was nice but the interior hallways, elevator, and stairways were a little rough.

The property is in obvious disrepair and understaffed. The smell of cigarette smoke in my smoke-free room; a broken elevator.

This hotel had some good points and bad points. The room setup was awesome! There was a living room area with a short hallway that led to the sleeping area with a nice sized bathroom and kitchen area between them. The kitchen has a small stove, lots of cabinet space and a full-sized refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. However, there were renovations going on and it got quite noisy at times even into the late evening. There was little to no hot water at night and the shower head was clogged so the water pressure wasn't great. There was little channel selection on the TV and the room had no channel guide. The breakfast bar had a pretty good selection; I enjoyed that! Also, the indoor pool area was nice. I hope once the renovations are complete the areas that need improving are taken care of.

The hotel staff was wonderful, very neat and clean, parking staff was amazing. The only thing I wish they had was a hotel shuttle service,

Pool was severely over chlorinated. So bad that we couldn't swim in it very long because our noses were burning. Our non smoking room smelled of cigarettes and mold. And our shower was running when we came into our room and we couldn't turn it off. However the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent for an early bird freebie. There was also a movie theater nearby and plenty of places to eat. For the money we spent we might stay there again but we would look for other options first.
