Once I got to the hotel it was fantastic. Getting from the suggested parking garage was a long walk, and not well marked for a first time attendee.

Nice room but the everything is very overpriced, they nickle and dime you for everything. I had to pay $80 for parking overnight for the 2 night i was there.

Nicely decorated and a very comfy bed. It was conveniently located close to the convention center. I was there for an event.

Like: 19th floor was quiet, location was convenient. Dislike: Small, outdated bathroom with odd holes in the ceiling tiles, odd layout of room, no breakfast included. Long walk for paid parking.

The lady that checked us in was amazing! She was so helpful and really made my husbands birthday weekend special. What was disappointing was the condition of the bathroom in our room. They really need to do some upgrades. The shower was disgusting.

I have to start by saying this particular stay at the Hyatt was the exception, not the rule. I have stayed here multiple times on business but this time I was in town for the hockey game with my family. We decided to use a $200 gift card that we had received as a gift from a family member. Upon checking in, we were told that it would not be an issue. Our room was in the 19th floor which we were fine with until early the next morning when we were startled by what sounded like Demo Day on an episode of Fixer Upper. I called down to the front desk to ask what was going on and the staff member who answered said that there must have been a maintenance request. He was kind enough to credit our room $50 for the inconvenience. However, upon making our way to the elevator an hour later, I witness multiple construction crews working in several rooms next door. I asked them what kind of work they were doing and they said they’ve been work on transforming several rooms into suites and that they would be here working for a long time in the future. While I don’t begrudge the Hyatt for wanting to upgrade their facilities, I would have preferred to be told upon check in that there was construction going on next door to our room. Perhaps with an option to change our room to a different floor. However, I was lied to when I called down to question what was going on. To make matters worse, when attempting to check out, they told me that the gift card could no longer be applied to our stay.

Nice place and accessible to the convention center.

Very nice hotel, glad to see they don't use comforters on the beds. Would definitely book there again.

Front desk associate was excellent! Enjoyed the room view as well! Exceeded expectations!

Noise problem. Nice and kind staffs. Good location in columbus area.
